Newer home in HOA community Property well maintained and new construction. Grand Canyon North Rim Bryce and Zion National park are all within 75 minute commute.

The home is close to many hiking trails (visitor’s center with helpful information is just down the road). We cooked many meals in the kitchen, but there were many good restaurant just down the road in town. Due to the cold weather, we didn’t spend time on the covered patio area, but it looked wonderful!

Great location. We visited Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park. The home was clean and spacious. Kanab is a neat little town with fun coffee shops (Sunny Creek Coffee Shop is close), restaurants (Rocking V Cafe was fantastic!), and ice cream and soda fountain at Kanab Drugstore.

We stayed a week in Kanab and it was an awesome experience. The house was a great base camp and allowed us to relax. I even grabbed a couple afternoon naps on the shady back porch. Everything was so well organized and labeled. It made settling into the house a breeze. I would highly recommend this property.

Me and 2 Friends stayed at the property for 6 nights while visiting nearby National parks and places near Page, AZ. The property was very clean, nice and welcoming. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again if I travel to Kanab in the future. Location is near a gas station and other convenient things such as food and groceries. It was a safe, quite neighborhood.

Very central location. House is clean with tons of room. Very comfortable! We could have had more people come with us and still be able to spread out! The host was great, easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about this pet-friendly property. Clean and roomy and beautifully furnished. Breathtaking view of the mountain from the patio and perfectly situated to visit all of the nearby nation parks. Zion is under 1/2 ride and Bryce and North Rim of the Grand Canyon are less than 1 hour. Kanab has some really nice restaurants and none of crowds of Springdale. We heartily recommend!

The house is very conveniently located to everything you want to do near Kanab. The layout of the house is quite odd for more than one couple, as you have to go through one bedroom and through a set of tangled doors in a shared bathroom to get to the second bedroom without bunk beds. If someone is using the bathroom, you're stuck in the bedroom!

Nice, quite home. Primary suite was very enjoyable with an awesome shower and tub. Kitchen was well provisioned with cookware and dishes/ glasses. Only inconvenience was living room furniture, not enough to seat more than 3 people comfortably.

Everything as stated. Clean, beds comfortable, nice view from patio, all items included were nice. Very roomy and nicely decorated. Most of all close to the adventures we had planned. Made out trip complete!

This is a clean, comfortable, modern home in a quiet neighborhood, close to gas and grocery and good proximity to National Parks. Though the floor plan is a little quirky, the residence met our needs for our family of six and we enjoyed staying here. Kitchen and laundry room are well stocked with plenty of supplies at hand. Owner was responsive, kids enjoyed the backyard space, and back covered porch was lovely especially in the early morning. Highly recommend the Rockin V's Cafe nearby and day trips to Grand Canyon north rim and Zion National Park.
