Convenient location and comfortable room.
Lights in kitchen area didn't work. Front entrance door glass was shattered/in shards.

The room was great and clean, the location is just perfect
There was no support from the staff at all. I’ve got the automated messages with the code and rules, but when we arrived, the code lock was barely working, it was complaining about the battery being low and shutting down while i try to put in the code, so every time we went out we risked not to get back. The staff never replied to my messages nor picked up the provided phone.
Another problem is that minifridge worked funny , it appeared to cool only the very bottom part and my temperature-sensitive meds got ruined on a shelf, where it was barely cooler than the room.

Location is Great, very close to downtown and all grocery stores.
Room didn't have a cupboard, and also no extra Pillow/Duvet in room.

Great location. Beds comfy.
Bathroom okay. Light on towels. Shampoo practically empty. Very basic amenities. Hot in room. Only bed cover was heavy quilt. Empty old sardine can and trash on table at entrance when walked in that stayed during our stay.
