RENOVATED! YOU BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS & TOWELS. New King Bed and Mini Split unit added for Air Conditioning! This is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom upstairs Unit in a 2 Unit Duplex w/keyless entry. NEW Sleeper sofa. In LR. Outdoor shower. We welcome adults and their children up to FOUR people. Ideally, this place is best for 2. This is the upstairs unit. It has WIFI for Internet and streaming and a washer/dryer. The beach, which is exactly 1/2 mile down Jefferson street is a 10 minute walk.
The space
Cape May custom is that guests bring their own sheets, towels, and blankets. If you have an issue with this because you are flying in, please let me know in advance. We can direct you to accompany that can supply these things for you. We are close to everything downtown. Once you get here, you don’t “need” a car.
Guest access
This unit is 100% self contained. The driveway is shared, and the points of entry to the inside are next to each other. Each unit has everything unto itself.
Other things to note
The front porch is reserved for the downstairs unit.
The outdoor shower can be used by either apartment .
Please park all the way to the left so that there’s plenty of room for our other tenant to Park.
You must bring your own sheets and towels or we can refer you to a place to rent them.
If you end up using our personal sheets and towels, you will be responsible for washing them, drying, and folding before you leave and there will also be a $50 fee.

We went to Cape May to take advantage of working remote in a new location. The property was perfect for it as it had enough room, supplies and connectivity for my wife and I to work like we were at home and then step out into Cape May to feel like we were on vacation in the evening. Very clean and well situated and appointed property!
