Located in Cocoa Beach, this charming cottage for $125 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Located two short blocks away from the beach, bars and restaurants. The open floor plan flows from living room to kitchen, and is tastefully decorated in grey and yellow. The living room features a standard size futon for additional sleeping and a SMART TV. The bedroom has a king bed, full closet, and storage room with a full size washer/dryer. . The bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower. We manage two units side by side, perfect for couples or small families that want to travel together but have their own space. Each unit is equipped to sleep two adults and one to two children on the futon sleeper. Located 10 - 15 minutes from Port Canaveral

This property is in a great location. There are many restaurants within walking distance, and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. The cottage had everything we needed for a great stay.

Excellent communication with the owners. They were accommodating, interested in solving any problems that occurred. The location was excellent three blocks from the beach. Restaurants in walking distance, grocery store near by. If we were in this location again we would consider this property again.

Less than satisfactory! The bed and kitchen were satisfactory! The furnishings were mostly plastic. Dresser space in bedroom minimal, sofa was a futon extremely uncomfortable had to put pillows to sit on! Hurt my back! Screen on front door torn, key pad was loose- back porch had an odor, on two occasions electric to AC and fridge went out! Our last day we took a cold shower due to no electric and fridge got warm! Most everyday we were there some repair crew was fixing something on the exterior. “Short walk” to beach was across A12 a busy highway! Clearly not of these were stated to us in Vrbo! Are you able to get us a partial refund for our uncomfortable experience! Date of stay were 11-13 to 11-20! Also with the electric out I couldn’t wash the sheets!

After booked this property and found that too far from downtown and I tried to cancel it but host didn’t respond so, I ended up to stay here for 3nights. I booked here for my family when they arrived host didn’t send how to access to the accommodation beforehand, so they need to wait outside for like half an hour and it was so dark. Thanks to the rider helped them try to contact callcenter and waited until they got into the property.Host contacted me back and being told she thought the booking was canceled (?) This property check in time is 5pm and check out time is 10am. Host never responded to me when I asked for late check-out!!!!!! Bad experience ever.

My kids and I loved our stay at this adorable little cottage. The best part is it’s only a 3 minute walk to a great beach access. The neighborhood is quiet even though walking distance to lots of shops and dining. The hosts were very helpful in having a pack n play and beach wagon available for us when I requested one. We would definitely stay again!

This place was great!! So close to the beach. The washer and dryer were so nice to have on site.. Especially with the amount of sand that tries to follow you home. Thanks for a great stay.

Property was clean and well organized. It had everything you needed for your stay. It was close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Very quiet location, ideal for those who want to relax and unwind.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Whenever I book any sort of rental property online I tend to stay away from the ones that are priced lower because I’ve had bad experiences in the past. I decided to go ahead and book this one and boy did it exceed expectations. The neighborhood is cute and safe to walk around in. My partner and I felt comfortable walking down to the beach and some of the close restaurants at night. The rental itself was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The beach truly is only a four minute walk and the washer and dryer is conveniently located in the back so we were able to throw our towels and clothes right in and not worry about making a sandy mess inside. If I could give 4.5 stars I would! Only issues we had were a couple lights needed to be changed and the shampoo they left was half full which caused an issue for us because we didn’t think to bring any of our own. But taking all this into account we would certainly stay again or suggest this house to our friends. Great romantic getaway for couples.

Property was exactly as advertised in pictures. Super cute and within walking distance to beach and yummy restaurants. Management very responsive by text. Sleeps 2 comfortably; i would concur with other reviewers that its time to replace the couch in living room. Very uncomfortable to sit on; made my teen sleep on it and its not good for sleeping either. However, a great spot to stay for 2 people on a beach vacation! Would stay again.

Cute neighborhood close to beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The unit was clean & spacious for two adults. The kitchen was functional, shower was decent, & it was great to have access to laundry. The bedroom was quiet & dark. The couch was uncomfortable & the TV was not intuitive to use for streaming, but this was fine for us as we spent most of our time working or out & about. Will consider staying again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at this ideal location! It is located within walking distance to the beach and to many great eating options. The one bed/ one bath was nicely decorated and neat and clean. We only wish that the check in time were after 3pm instead of 5pm and the check out was at 11am instead of 10am. Other than that, we were very happy and would love to stay again.

This cottage is perfect for 2 people. Very clean and comfortable. 2 blocks from the beach and eatery’s. We walked to both the beach and restaurants. The cottage has e you need and is very well maintained. Highly recommend.

We arrived on Wednesday and stayed through sat. It looked just like the pictures. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good restaurants and the beach were close by. They had chairs and umbrellas for us to take to the beach we were thankful for that! The only complaint we had was the sofa, but who really wants to watch tv on vacay!

The cottage was very clean and served our purposes well, it is a 2 block walk to the beach. It is small as advertised. My son (12 yrs) stated that the futon was comfortable for him to sleep on, but I would suggest an upgrade to a more comfortable couch/fold-out bed for the future. The bed in the bedroom was quite comfortable.
