loved the location

possum or wee smell in second bedroom.

Very average. Would not stay again

Mallee lodge was a good size and there was plenty of space. Kitchen well equipped. Rangers were prompt calling a plumber when the water pump broke

The property was filthy & had clearly not been cleaned properly in a very long time

8 / 10

Nice and relaxing

Location and quiet

No internet connection

Comfortable accommodation in unique bush location

It's a comfortable and spacious house in a remote location. The house is a renovated heritage property, and strikes a nice balance between comfort and giving some idea what living remotely in the bush might have been like. I really enjoyed the property.

The beds are a little soft. Also, there is no TV, Wifi or mobile reception. Not a problem for us (more a benefit), but not everyone's cup of tea.
