These studios are unbeatable if you need accommodation in high season because they are normally used by university students and in August the students are on vacation elsewhere. Buses connect you to the city center or you can even walk to Ondarreta beach in a bit more than half hour. Supermarkets (including one that opens on Sundays) are relatively close by. Our apartment had a kitchen sparsely equipped but modern and functional. The place is absolutely quiet.
You cannot open the windows: all air renewal is through the AC. The kitchen was good but we missed a towel to dry the dishes. If you want a hair drier you have to ask at reception and be lucky: there is a limited number of those circulating the rooms.

Basic room with all requirements. A good bed, a shower, a kitchen with fridge and oven. The room was very quiet and dark. I slept very well. Floor -1 has a big area where you play games, drink coffee or work in silence.
A supermarket and pharmacy are close by.
It is a bit far from the centre. It is a 25 minute bus ride to the centre.

The on-site laundry facilities were useful
We were only allocated two towels during our stay for four days. Extra towels were charged at €10.
Many hidden fees.
