We appreciate if you let us know your arrival and departure time. 4- The customer service hours is from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. If intend to arrive outside of this hours, please make sure that you have received and understand the instructions. 5- Between 10pm and 9am is the quite hours in the building, please keep the noise down during this time. 6- Parties are forbidden. 7- Having guests is not permitted, each guest will be treated as an additional person in the accommodation and you will be charged accordingly.  8-  Additional person fee is 60 Euros per night per person. 9- Total cleaning service fee is 60 Euros. 10- Changing the towels fee is 5 Euros per person that includes one bath towel and one hand towel. 11- Changing bed sheet fee is 15 Euros per bed. 12- The apartments have electronic locks which should not be manipulated. In case there is any problem with the locks, please contact us. Otherwise there is a 800 euros charge for any damage. 13- Some consumable products such as coffee capsules (Tassimo) , toilet papers etc. are provided in limited quantity and will not be recharged however you can find what you need in Mercadona, Consum etc. 14- Please put the trashes in the trash containers on the street. 15- On the check-out day, please close the windows, turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioner and close the apartment door behind you. 16- For eight days before the arrival date, it is not possible to reduce the number of days or the number of people in the reservation, and no money will be refunded.
