Enter through a private gate into an exclusive use patio area that features an outdoor dining table, grill, and lounge chairs. Going upstairs, you will enter into the clean and bright living room with water views. To the left is the primary bedroom which features a king size bed, lots of closet space, and an office area with desk and chair. The secondary bedroom features two twin trundle beds placed foot to foot - PLEASE NOTE these beds open up into a queen size bed. The dining room features seating for 6.
