Awesome place. Nice, clean and specious. Close by the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect for resting and only 15 min by motor to the city center for a night escapade. Lovely staff. Very accommodating owner. Highly recommended đ

Itâs a clean and comfy place with access to an outdoor kitchen. The hosts were very helpful and accomodating.
It is a long way from the main area of San Juan , you will definitely need a scooter. The room was very small and not many places to put things.

Very cheap, flexible check in and check out
When we entered the room there was quite an unpleasant smell and a ton of mosquitoes. We were able to get rid of most of the smell by keeping the bathroom ventilation on for a long time and the mosquito issue was bettered enormously by turning on the AC through.
The AC ended up working, but its location and way of controlling is not ideal, making it a bit of a pain to control the room temperature.
