Great view, and super close to the train station that can take you to Monaco and Cannes. Small welcome gift :)
It felt like everything needs a maintenance, and a bit of investment to buy separate set of bed sheets, new kitchen appliances, toilet seat, and deep cleaning. The check in instruction needs to be updated with the right password, and check out time.

Clean, spacious apartment 20min walk from old port, 5min walk from Nice Riquer train station.
A neighborhood with restaurants & bakeries close by.
Large unit with balcony, full kitchen with coffee maker.
Internet did not work for us, delayed responses on booking.com messaging, was not resolved.

The flat itself is in a nice building, the views were better than I expected. The flat was quite spacious and even had a little balcony. Finding the property and checking in was easy.
The host hasn't replied to any of the messages throughout our stay. I've been trying reaching out via Booking, as well as via their own portal - zero result. At the same time I kept receiving automated messages from them reminding the checkout rules etc. As nice as a property might be, I find it absolutely unacceptable that guests are not able to get in touch with the host. In our case, we couldn't find a coffee maker that is advertised in the property description, and a duvet (we only had a bedsheet instead of a duvet, which wasn't enough on colder nights), and we had to sort out our issues by ourselves. But it could easily be something more serious (losing the key, not being able to get in, in-house emergency), and I am very uncomfortable to think that I wouldn't get any support from my host.
