The host thought of literally everything in the place. Everything was as per the pictures. It was clean, toiletries were provided, the kitchen was well equipped with everything for days that we decided a home cooked meal with fresh veg from the market and butchers in the area. She even had towels and an umbrella provided for beach days. The location was great, right in the centre of old town, with walking distances to the oyster bar, and good restaurants in the vicinity. It had a beautiful jacuzzi in the main bedroom and AC for the hot summers in Nice.
There was no lift. We were a family of 4 with 4 suitcases and had to carry up 3 flights of stairs
