Thank you so much for the fantastic stay! The rooms are modern, clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. If we ever return to Naples in the future, this will definitely be our go-to place. Highly recommended!

Finally, a little fun fact for future guests: the hotel is located in what was formerly the Palazzo dell’Hotel Bristol, which was known as one of Italy’s finest hotels in the early 20th century. One of its famous guests was the composer Richard Wagner.
There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like about our stay.

We stayed in the Deluxe Room - 2 Adults and 2 teenagers. There was enough space for us all. The property was well maintained, very clean, modern. Bathroom and shower was very nice, clean and had good power. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great night sleep.
The breakfast provided was exceptional - a real feast including coffee, juice, pastries, fresh fruit, cereal and cold cuts/cheese…more than enough
The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful…providing information about local restaurants and places to visit. They helped with local taxis (Ciro was fantastic picking us up from the airport and taking us around Napoli) and were very responsive to messages for advice on WhatsApp.
No complaints about the property itself. If you’re not prepared to walk far or get the Funicular (less than 10mins away) into the main areas then you may not like the location. You will need taxis to get to the Port or main train station to do the key trips (Pompeii etc) but not a reason to try this great place.

Super cute room, very clean and spacey, had a little balcony. The lady at the hotel was amazing, helped with everything, help to change my dates and updated me to a better room with minimal fee. I got a great rest here. Oh the best thing is the breakfast comes to room with a trolley! I couldn’t ask for anything better. I’d definitely recommend this place. Location is super practical as wll
