Arroyo Manor is a newly remodeled, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. It is located in a safe and convenient neighborhood that is less than a mile from Costco, Target, and In & Out. It is also a few minutes from Interstate 5 and Highway 44. There is a spacious kitchen and dining room with lots of counter space to accommodate food, family, fun, and friends! Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture. Fully enclosed back yard.

Stayed a week here! Quiet residential neighborhood. Felt safe for walks any time of the day/evening. Close to restaurants, shops, and all things Redding. Easy access to major highways for exploring Northern California.

Host was attentive and awesome and home was large and spacious. However, there are some maintenance/repair needs, such as the crusty dust on the kitchen chandelier and a missing cabinet door.
