About this house rental
Check out our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. It’s in a great location in east-central Redding, just a block away from miles of walking trails at Lema Ranch, just a couple of minutes from the core shopping center, and a quick and easy 8 minutes from Bethel church. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed (hybrid memory foam mattress) with a great walk-in closet (great place to setup the included pack-n-play for a little one) and separate bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable queen bed, also with a hybrid memory foam mattress. The third bedroom has a fun bunk bed with a twin memory foam mattress on top and a full memory foam mattress on the bottom. The kitchen is well stocked, including a Keurig, standard coffee maker, 6-burner gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, large French-door refrigerator, and ample dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, and cooking dishes and utensils. The living room includes a queen sleep sofa and a smart TV for streaming from your subscription services via Airplay or Chromecast. The house has a spacious back yard with patio furniture, a propane grill, and afternoon shade. There is a full size, high-efficiency washer and dryer set. The house is air conditioned with a Nest thermostat for comfort and efficiency. WiFi with high speed cable Internet is included. The driveway includes paved parking for 2 cars and there is gravel parking to the south side of the house behind a gate for your boat or travel trailer. Great homebase to visit Redding, Lassen Volcanic National Park and Shasta Dam area. Well-appointed home on a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to highways. The host was helpful, the house very clean, and the kitchen had everything one might want.

House is close to everything which is great. The beds are very comfortable and the house is a nice place to hang out and relax. The only suggestion I have is a deep clean of bedroom carpets and the fridge/freezer. But other than that the house is very clean as well.

Fayette House was Wonderful! The kitchen had Everything. The beds were Very Comfortable. We spent a lot of time at Lema Ranch, and Kids Kingdom. In the evenings we watched movies on the Big Screen. We had a Peaceful and Enjoyable Vacation!
