This house is newly remodeled with all new furnishings as well. Large fully fenced backyard has plenty of room for kids and animals. Extremely safe neighborhood.

Definitely would recommend this place, centrally located and clean. A few minor upgrades would be more silverware and frying pans. Also the bedspreads were too small for the beds. There was only a single serve kurig coffee maker which was inadequate for those who drink a lot- I purchased a regular coffee maker and left it there- hopefully it remains for future serious coffee drinkers.

Good location near commercial on the East side of Redding. Quiet older neighborhood. Home was clean but really needs a little touch up (interior paint and basic repairs; had to “jiggle” the toilet after use as it continued to run). Just enough amenities for a couple, but may stretch to meet the needs of a family of 6 (extra blankets, silverware etc). Overall a decent “no frills” place.
