Abbiamo concluso il nostro soggiorno al Familiamus e possiamo dire senza esitazione che è stata un'esperienza eccellente.
Quando si sceglie una struttura di questo livello, con un investimento importante, inevitabilmente si tende a valutare ogni singolo dettaglio con grande attenzione. Proprio per questo posso dire che il Familiamus è andato oltre le nostre aspettative.
La pulizia è impeccabile in ogni ambiente dell'hotel. La qualità del cibo è davvero elevata, con buffet ricchissimi, ampia scelta e materie prime di ottimo livello. Ma ciò che ci ha colpito più di tutto è stata la straordinaria attenzione verso gli ospiti. Tutto il personale, senza eccezioni, è sempre sorridente, disponibile e pronto a dedicare una parola gentile sia agli adulti che ai bambini.
La sensazione costante è quella di essere accolti e ascoltati. Un piccolo esempio: un giorno nostro figlio desiderava una semplice frittata che non era presente nel menù bambini. Lo staff si è immediatamente attivato e gliel'ha preparata senza alcun problema. Un gesto semplice, ma che racconta perfettamente la filosofia della struttura e la cura per ogni esigenza degli ospiti.
Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato moltissimo la presenza costante dei titolari, sempre presenti, disponibili a scambiare due parole con gli ospiti e sinceramente interessati a capire come stesse procedendo il soggiorno. È un'attenzione che oggi si trova raramente e che contribuisce a creare un'atmosfera familiare e autentica, facendoti sentire davvero a casa.
Un'altra riflessione che ci siamo fatti durante la vacanza è che un personale così sorridente, motivato e genuinamente cordiale non nasce per caso. Quando si percepisce questo livello di attenzione e serenità in ogni membro dello staff, probabilmente significa che dietro c'è una proprietà che valorizza e tratta bene le proprie persone. E questo, alla fine, si riflette inevitabilmente nell'esperienza degli ospiti.

Das Konzept ist außergewöhnlich, tolle Zimmer , eine grandiose Kinderbetreuung und vor allem das 2,4 m Familienbett

It is the best place to go with small kids in the Dolomites. it’s safe enough for children to roam around unattended. Sidney at the reception was amazing, as was Antonio and Farnouch at the restaurant. The cleaning lady on floor 3 is the best!
The taxis to and from the hotel were too expensive. It was an average of €100 per trip per way.
