The room was nice. Staff were all lovely and the restaurant was great. Dinner and breakfast were delicious.
The only negative was no hot water in the evening or the next morning. Only staying a short time so didn't bother mentioning it to the staff.

We loved the room spotless looked like it had been Newley refurbished staff were very nice Adam is a credit to the hotel very friendly and professional. Breakfast was amazing catered for me very well as I am gluten intolerant every thing was cooked fresh and very tasty
Bar area could have been a bit warmer but weather was exceptionally bad the time we stayed

Breakfast was very good.
the room.. though it was good at first sight.. We opened the bathroom door and the stench was horrible. It did seem to dissapate after a few hours but we had to keep the door shut so that we could sleep. No Lift for people travelling with luggage, it was a little problematic getting up the stairs.
