Generous sized ornate room. Breakfast, bar and dinner at restaurant exceptional service and food. Parking onsite a bonus and able to leave car whilst shopping in city centre by foot.
No lift, so if have a lot of luggage can be difficult. No assistance on hand. When we arrived difficult to check in as no dedicated reception. Also, there was a hen party so very crowded, loud, busy area to try and find staff.

Breakfast was very good.
the room.. though it was good at first sight.. We opened the bathroom door and the stench was horrible. It did seem to dissapate after a few hours but we had to keep the door shut so that we could sleep. No Lift for people travelling with luggage, it was a little problematic getting up the stairs.
