Good location, we were staying as we brought our son to start at the university, we were ideally placed for this.
Clean and comfortable accommodation, quiet even though it’s on a main road and great communication from our hosts.
There were no negatives to our stay, we had a great time.

The arrival instructions were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. It suited our needs perfectly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would have no hesitation in staying again.

Felt very homely and was extremely clean
The other residents at the time where all male workers which made my wife feel a little uncomfortable but this is something we understand cannot be helped

The proprietor was pleasant and the breakfast was good.
The self- check in process is impersonal and not really in keeping with the notion of a ‘guest house’.
The room was freezing cold and smelt damp on arrival. Suggest keeping the heating on low a couple of hours prior to guest arrival.
