The hosts are absolutely lovely. So organised and friendly. They met me when I arrived and saw me at breakfast each morning. Mary cooks eggs superbly (she even has her own cooking channel which I now follow). The bed was comfy but not overly soft which I like, and the bathroom shower was well stocked with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
It was perfect for me (as a vegetarian) but I think there is only one vegan breakfast option.

Great location for university and Athletics Village and room was clean and comfortable. Steven is a great host and breakfast was very good. Only stayed 1 night but great value and would definitely stay again with hesitation.
Next to very busy road with some vibration from buses etc which is not the fault of the property.

Steven and Mary are amazing hosts. Breakfast was delicious and served promptly each morning. Steven was friendly, learning and remembering each guest’s name when speaking to them. F8ndong out about their holiday and offering local tips on places to see, parking etc. The whole house has a homely feel.

Location was ideal for visiting the University of Aberdeen, check-in was smooth and room was clean and well appointed.
Bright street light outside window which lit up the room, and more worryingly every time a vehicle drove past on the street (was in a front bedroom) the whole bed shook! Was promised a "full scottish breakfast", yet was asked as arrived if I wanted porridge, an omelette or hash browns with sausages OR bacon (not both), and fried or scrambled eggs. Far from my expectations of a "full scottish breakfast"
