Very central accommodation. Easy access with lift. Clean, comfortable, no frills rooms. Large bathrooms. Comfy beds. PIN number entry for main door and room door all v easy. Good communication prior to stay. Perfect for city centre stay if you aren’t driving.
Noisy due to its central location. Rooms are so hot even with no heating on. Too noisy outside to leave window open at night. Impossible to access with a car so elderly parents, cases and cobbles streets was tricky. A mirror is needed above the desk as there is nowhere to dry and style hair and see what you’re doing. Many others have made this same comment so not sure why it’s not be rectified. If the bathroom is occupied the other person has no mirror to use. Communication seemed to stop once we were staying there so questions requesting help were unanswered.

A great location, right in the city centre but quiet and feels safe. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and very little noise from other guests. I like that there is a handy room fridge, an iron and ironing board and a kettle with tea/coffee making facilities.
Really needs a mirror in the bedroom, ideally near a plug socket so you can plug in the hairdryer etc and do your hair and make up. There is plenty of wall space where a mirror could easily be added.
Only able to get basic channels on the TV.

Great location. Modern and clean. Good value.
Shower towel for floor would be useful. Don't appear to have daily housekeeping- ok for me as only staying 2 nights.

Modern decor, plenty storage and easy to access. Mattress was comfy and duvet soft
The fan didn’t work, meaning the room was too hot to get a comfortable nights sleep. Some of the plugs didn’t work and the pillows were very lumpy
