This property was exceptionally clean and very well kitted out in the kitchen area, everything you would need for a short stay. Check in was seamless. Staff were very friendly. The street outside was very quiet with plenty of parking. Facility is literally just round the corner from Union Street. We loved it so much, we are looking to rebook for our next visit.
There’s nothing not to love. Just make sure you pre book your parking as it is in a permitted zone.

Proximity to city centre
A little stark, especially kitchen area. Uncomfortable sofa. Insufficient seating for two people. Nowhere to eat - needs a small table with two dining chairs.

Location was great and quiet. Good facilities, nice decor and comfortable bed. Lovely powerful shower too.
A lot of stairs. But hall and stairs clean and nicely decorated.

A convenient self-catering location. A compact studio apartment with basic needs met. Bed and chairs comfy enough. Three windows (albeit a bit drafty) to street front and parking ok. Inside thermostat to adjust to your own climate.
Plenty of hot water and powerful shower.
On arrival, for a cold Aberdeen day the thermostat was at 10oC! Freezing!
The kitchenette is basic and things like the cutlery are cheap and mismatched. Bigger mugs would be a good addition. Be prepared for at least a couple of flights of stairs before reaching the apartment.
The worst part was the horrific noise of loud music from a nearby nightclub on Saturday night, as if it were next door. This was followed by the three drunken outbursts of people leaving there afterwards, so not a good night of sleep at all. Triple glazing isn’t installed there to help.
In the folder, there is an emergency number but it says if it could attract a £30 call-out fee.
I had emailed to ask for extra pillows which never came. Why weren’t they simply handed up or put in the doorway, I’ve no idea but I really didn’t find the staff or lack of on-site staff a good setup at all.
