The cityscape views are unbeatable! The Space: Located on the top floor of a boutique apartment building with views overlooking the city and just steps from Fulton Market, your luxurious penthouse sleeps 16+ people and is perfectly situated for large groups, families, events, and curated events. Everything flows around the spacious and open living room and chef's kitchen, which creates a unique environment for entertaining and gathering with your group. Your spacious living/dining room combo is decorated in modern contemporary art and features a large sectional, accent chairs, dining table for 10+ people, smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible) and record player for entertainment. Attached to the living area, the high end designer quality chef's kitchen is outfitted with Viking gas-powered ranges, Viking oven, restaurant sized refrigerator and freezer, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker, amongst others. This one of a kind luxury loft penthouse comfortably sleeps 16+ people and has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main bedroom with a king bed, full bath, outfitted with a relaxing jacuzzi, hot tub, and waterfall shower. Two additional bedrooms feature queen/full beds each having their own bathroom. One bedroom features one queen bed, while the last remaining open room has two bunk beds. Sleeping arrangements/room layout: Main bedroom (bedroom 1): King Bed, bathroom with jacuzzi and shower Bedroom 2: Two Queen beds/full bathroom Bedroom 3: Two Full beds/full bathroom Bedroom 4: One Queen bed Bedroom 5: Two full side-by-side bunk beds Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our cleaning services that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is striped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay. The unit is stocked with fresh towels for you and your guests. Guest Access: You will have full access to all rooms and spaces inside the unit, except for one utility closet. Temporary access codes will be shared 24 hours before rental commencement by email. The Neighborhood: Nearby Fulton Market has a cool industrial vibe that bursts with activity, thanks to tons of trendy restaurants and bars that have taken over the old warehouse spaces. This place is huge, gorgeous, super clean and located perfectly to lots of amazing restaurants, including Alinea! The owners are super responsive and the place is even nicer in person than the pictures! Definitely recommend and would stay again for sure. Loved it!

Myself and several co-workers/friends wanted to stay in the Fulton Market District for a recent work event. This space was perfect for the five of us, with plenty of room to spread out, comfy beds, and a short walk to all the great restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood. The hosts were very quick to respond with any questions we had and made our stay very enjoyable!

We had such a nice stay! The penthouse is thoughtfully designed for large groups. It was even more spacious than anticipated and had a great view of the city too! We also really appreciated how responsive Jake was leading up to our stay. Thanks for making our time in Chicago so enjoyable!

Jake and Nathan were more than helpful with my stay in Chicago. They were very communicative during my entire time having booked the place. The apartment was much better in person and was in a prime part of Chicago, I would definitely rebook it for another event in the future.

Amazing unit that we would definitely recommend! Jake and Nathan were very responsive to any questions about the listing and area in general. It looked to be newly renovated, and the entire place was spotless upon arrival. It is a great layout and provided plenty of space for a large group. Within walking distance to some great bars and restaurants, and very easy to get in and out of if enjoying other parts of the city.
