This 3,500 square foot penthouse features 12 foot open lofted ceilings, a personal home gym w/ Peleton+, free onsite garage parking, 4 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms, and is perfect for families traveling to Chicago, professionals visiting the city on work trips, and everything in between. The cityscape views are unbeatable! The Space: Located on the top floor of a boutique apartment building with views overlooking the city and just steps from Fulton Market, your luxurious penthouse sleeps 16+ people and is perfectly situated for large groups, families, events, work trips, and curated dinners. Everything flows around the spacious and open living room and chef's kitchen, add the floor to ceiling windows and the space becomes a unique environment for entertaining and gathering with your group. Your spacious living/dining room combo is decorated in modern contemporary art and features a large sectional, accent chairs, dining table for 10+ people, smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible) and record player for entertainment. Attached to the dining room, the chef's kitchen is outfitted with gas-powered Viking ranges, an oven, restaurant sized refrigerator and freezer, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker, amongst others. In addition, enjoy your own private workout room featuring Peleton+, yoga mats, exercise bands, and coffee nook with table and chairs. This one of a kind loft comfortably sleeps 16+ people and has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The main bedroom with a king bed, full bath, outfitted with a relaxing jacuzzi hot tub and waterfall shower. Two additional bedrooms feature two queen beds per room, each with private bathrooms. The fourth and final bedroom sleeps 4 additional people, with two side-by-side enlarged stacked bunk beds with queen size mattresses on the bottom and full size mattresses on top, comfortable for both children and adults. Each bedroom has its own full private bathroom. Sleeping arrangements/room layout: Main bedroom (bedroom 1): King Bed, private bathroom with jacuzzi and shower Bedroom 2: Two queen beds, private bathroom with tub and shower Bedroom 3: Two queen beds, private bathroom with tub and shower Bedroom 4: Two full-over-queen bunk bed sets, private bathroom with tub and shower Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our cleaning services that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is striped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay. Guest Access: You will have full access to all rooms and spaces inside the unit, except for one utility closet. Temporary access codes will be shared 24 hours before rental commencement by email. The Neighborhood: Nearby Fulton Market has a cool industrial vibe that bursts with activity, thanks to tons of trendy restaurants and bars that have taken over the old warehouse spaces. Between meals, you can explore the West Loop's art galleries, cool shops, and boutique hotels. Check out the year-round Randolph Street Market for unusual vintage and antique finds. In the summer, the market heads outdoors with live music and pop-up bars. Getting Around: Covered garage parking (1 spot) included in rental. Central access to the CTA (Blue Line 1 block away, Pink and Green Lines 5 blocks away) and Metra lines (rail). Heavy UBER/Lyft coverage locally. Divvy bikes and Lyft scooters readily available nearby. Interaction with Guests: We pride ourselves on making our guest's stay as enjoyable as possible. This condo was amazing! The first thing everyone commented when they arrived was how big it was. Plenty of space for a big group to spread out. We had a private chef come one night and the kitchen was well equipped for his needs. Great proximity to West Loop/Fulton Market restaurants and bars. No need for Ubers. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area!

Stayed here with a group of 6 adults but this place felt like it could accommodate a group of 20+! Large stylish living space and bedrooms which were clean and well kept. Location was perfect for our group to walk around and explore. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed as 2 families over fall break! Great location! We were able to walk to dinner every night, plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was stocked, place was clean and fun was had by all!

Staying in Fulton Market was perfect. There are so many great attractions in this area and it is incredibly easy to get around town from here. Would definitely stay here again. The place was spacious, clean, and the host was easy to communicate with.

I can’t say enough good things about this stay! Nathan and Jake were wonderfully communicative and helpful. We had 18 people stay here for my sisters bachelorette, and it was super comfortable and never felt crowded! The place is STUNNING! Truly so gorgeous and very conveniently located. The beds are wildly comfortable and there are spacious closets and bathrooms in each bedroom. We all loved it so much and it made for the best HQ for our celebratory weekend. I also really appreciated the security features on the building and on the door to the unit itself. It truly has everything you need and then some for a wonderful stay in Chicago - I can’t recommend it enough!!!

Our group had such a great time here! Lots of space and a wonderful view. Such a perfect location in the west loop! It was very clean and the memory foam beds were super comfy. We highly recommend!

We had the BEST time during our Chicago trip! The home is made for a large group to lodge comfortably. Everything was in great shape, the home was clean and well stocked. The beds are so comfortable and it worked well to have a private bathroom for each room. The gathering space is large with tons of natural light- perfect for photos! Our girls trip was fantastic and this homemade made it perfect!

Great for a large group of adults or a whole family. Very comfy and spacious, great for teams in town for a conference or project. Super nice and helpful hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

We came for a girls trip and this was the perfect spot!! The condo was very clean, and there was plenty of room for our large party! We had no problem finding free street parking, and Jake and Nathan were incredibly responsive and helpful. This was a great trip!
