Terrible stay terrible people false advertiseing on ur website hotels.com did nor help at all they charged me extra from parking to internet use even thought i paid up front i would not be surprised if they charged me for breathing i will not come back to this hotel and would recommend everyone to do the same thing.

Room was good. Was charged for water bottles we did not drink. Also charged for breakfast even after we gave them the vouchers. Call the front desk and the 1st person I talked to said they would refund the breakfast but not the water. Then hung up on me. Called again a new person stated that the refund has to come from the restaurant not them, and they will email. The restaurant. I will issue a complaint with corporate.

Front desk agent was rude and lazy! As we arrived late I think he was tired and made no effort to help us. As compensation he gave us vouchers for breakfast but it ended at 9:30! Very very early for us…

Overall the stay wasn’t bad. The beds however are not secured, and was loud when moving around on them.

Our room was great. The clerk was sweet and polite. Gotta love Double Tree warm chocolate chip cookies! She answered my question about our room location without batting an eye - didn't consult a map of our floor before completely misinforming me. I specifically did not want to be near any public rooms. She said, "Oh, no; it isn't. No worries." Yeh, right next to/sharing a long wall with the Fitness Center. The room was GREAT. The door comes with a covered peek-hole. I didn't have to tape a patch over it. Foyer light worked at our will - yea, rather than the bothersome energy-saving light that turns off is no one moves through it's "detection" space during the first 20 minutes it's on. Thank you Double Tree for realizing frequently folks just need extra light in the room. Bathroom door stays where you put it. Great nitelight inside. We could leave the door open just a crack or wide to air it out. We hate bathroom doors that literally spring right closed, almost causing injury. The check in was pretty easy, the room was surprisingly large. What I didn't like was the attitude about my reservation being through hotels.com. "I have to give you room 311 since you registered through a third party." I'm sorry, am I a lesser person because I need options when traveling? I needed maintenance twice (I've never needed maintenance in my life at a hotel) but they were prompt and friendly. More importantly, he fixed the one problem. The other problem was above his pay grade.

The hotel was nice enough...but just seems like it has seen better days...parking lot not very full, hardly anyone staying there and rate was pretty high. Room was nice.

I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable, parking was free, and the amenities were nice. I did have pet hair in my room and I don't think my room was vacuum prior to my arrival.

The fact that this property is listed as a 4 star “upscale” hotel is extremely misleading & false. We had to change our room 3 times, due to either a strong old vacuum smell, mysterious stains on the carpet/walls, & a reddish brown splatter stains (looked like old blood) on the over heading on the window thing. Found curly hair on the last room on the sheets (mine & my husbands hair is naturally straight) but at that point I just gave up. They refused to refund me for the remainder of my stay so I could go somewhere else so we were stuck. This place was so dirty & everything was outdated in terms of appliances/furniture. The pictures posted of this property are a lie. Don’t fall for it like we did.

The property was clean quiet and convenient to many locations. The hot tub was closed on day one of our stay and the staff said it was closed for cleaning when we left on day 5 it was still closed 5 days to clean with caution tape and a cones??? The only other negative was coffee was not available till 7am and was 5$ for general coffee. A complementary morning cup of coffee would be nice starting at 5:30 in the morning when some must get up to continue travel, or have business meetings.

Had horrible experience with Jonathan manager has no customer service recovery and no apology gif calling me 3 times with in 10 minutes. I will never go to that location. My husband was sick from kidney transplant and was asked to leave

Cleanliness was not at its best, and we did not get the type of room we had requested. Front desk never called to check if all was okay or if we needed anything. Front desk was too busy chatting it up with each other. Restaurant and Bar were not open.

Disappointed that when received final bill I was charged $15.00 for Overnight Self Parking. I don’t recall that was listed anywhere when I made the reservation. Noise from freeway.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and had a nice stay. This time around, however, the moldy stench in the hallway was unpleasant to say the least. Especially for the price you pay per room you would think the upkeep would be better.

Location is good for our trip, in between LA and OC. Room is large. The building doesn't block noise well so you continously hear the freeway outside. The towels used were not cotton so not absorbing water well.

Despite a privacy notice, hotel staff entered our room without consent, leading to the unfortunate incident of discarding one of my bags. This bag contained essential medication and an electronic razor.

Check-in and check-out were very easy. The hotel and room were both very clean. Breakfast was a little rough but they were obviously short-handed. A little surprised about the $15 parking fee even though they had a huge parking lot that never seemed more than 30% full.

Got to our room and it reeked of old musty/musky cologne. Floors were dirty with small trash balls. Bathroom was filthy. Called several times to the front desk with no answer. Went back down to inform them of the room condition and the young lady told my husband nothing else was available but offered to “freshen up the room.”. Microwave didn’t work well, fridge smelled. Woke up several times throughout the night to room doors slamming shut. Kids screaming. Finally awoke around 5:40 am super itchy had to shower(with Sandals) to get the itch off. Definitely not worth the money! Staff is lazy with cleaning and sanitation. Front desk staff unwilling to do much would rather spend their time talking to one another. Management and owner obviously don’t care about the cleanliness of the rooms or facility. Trash all throughout the hotel lobby and floors. Never got a cookie. My husband is a Hilton honors member and so am I. This place is straight up disgusting.

Property is next to the freeway so there was a huge road noise. AC Unit is very old and dirty. Looks like the rooms are under renovation.

I didn’t see any name tag of name batch on any worker in this facility. Upon checking in wednesday night the receptionist was rude and lazy. I feel like he didn’t want to be bothered.
