Included covered parking in a simple and relatively clean room. Walking distance to shops and food. Air conditioning unit was strong.
There were some stains in the bathtub and the sink could be a bit noisy. The room was a bit worn and refrigerator and microwave were unplugged so it took a while for fridge to cool. The walls were also a bit thin so you could hear a lot of neighboring rooms/nearby construction.

Nothing it wasn’t clean enough there was no toilet paper the fridge was put away inside the closet unplugged
