I lie the fact that they had smoking rooms availiable tbh that is hard to find

The price, the location. You can pretty much walk or even Uber wherever you want to go for cheap. Plenty of facilities.
Guests smoked around the vents of my ac unit and near outside my door. Wifi is kinda spotty but those are mostly nitpicks.

Was able to check in late.
Still had to check out at 11am. It was dirty! Liens were dirty also.
