Hotel itself was quite nice. Restaurant on 2nd floor served hard, microwaved salmon. It did not sit well. When I asked for a large coffee they had to charge me for 2 coffees.

Due to the room I originally reserved, was noy ready at time of checkout, the concierge at the front desk was helpful, remained professional and asssiyed me with other accommodations.

Hotel room was dated, Lights and furniture showing age and use. The bed had a serious dip in the center of the mattress. The HVAC unit was literally falling off the wall with a 2" gap at the top and stripped screws holding on what was left. It was so brutally loud that we ended up turning it off and being hot instead of having it wake us up every 30 minutes or so. Hotel also nickel and dimes you for everything. Parking was an additional $35/day, internet $12.95/day, etc. There are a ton of other options that are so much better than this Sheraton in the area that I can't imaging ever spending another night there.

Overall not a bad place. Not top 5 stars, but affording 5 stars is hard for me personally. That said, the front desk was real good and helpful. The in hotel restaurant was average for the most part, but no complaints. And that chocolate cheesecake dessert i had the first night was real good. If only i had a partner to share it with. ;) Only issue i had was feeling a bit chilly at times when coming back into the room from a long day at the conference. But it's only a minor thing at best.

The property itself is confusing since it is advertised as a Marriot and a Sheraton. The bed has a large crater in the center. It was the most uncomfortable night sleep I have had in years.

horrible stay, they gave our room to someone else, sent us to another Sheraton, 21 miles away, told us to come back on the next day at 4pm to check in to our original hotel. meanwhile I had business at the convention center, located next to the hotel... we had to wake up CHECK OUT AT 11AM... UNACCEPTABLE I HAD MY ROOM RESERVED FOR 3 NIGHTS...

Check in was awful , the rooms we had prepaid for were not available . They scrambled to get us 2 of 3 rooms , the third room was a Murphy bed with a rollaway cot . Staff sprayed the room twice because it was so musty … unacceptable . Would never stay at a Sheraton property again

I’ve traveled a lot and at no time have I ever encountered a rodent in my room. When I notified the front desk and they immediately moved me to another room. However, when I asked to speak to a manger I was told they would call me back. It’s been several days and no response from the manager. Very disappointed and will not be staying at any Sheraton ever again.

Shower didn't work and the staff was "unhelpful" at best. Towles were covered in other people's hair. AC did not work, and the room faced the sun so it was always 85 in the room and they didn't move me. Worst stay since the end of the pandemic

This hotel is next to the convention center. Check in was done online before I arrived. I gave them credit card info and that was it. The room was larger than I expected. The area was quiet at night. I stayed for 2 nights and did not use maid service. I wish they had put more coffee in the room.

the beds were so uncomfortable, no one slept at all. Made for a very difficult drive home. Asked for adjoining rooms, as we were traveling with 2 children and 2 adults. Confirmed that request 4 days prior to our visit and was told that was listed on our reservation. When we arrived, told that it was not available. Very good location, disappointed with costs $$$ and uncomfortable beds.

It was clean and lobby was nice but rooms are old and things aren’t maintained. My sink had rust. Headboard on the bed was ripped and had tape on it. Needs to be updated

Good place to stay when going to Oriole or Raven games unfortunately we were both sick soon getting to Baltimore so could not enjoy the stay like the last time I was there but always ding this hotel very well managed.

We came to watch a couple of Oriole games. We haven't stayed at the Inner Harbour for quite sometime. The Sheraton was the perfect spot to walk to the Stadium with easy parking. We left our car there and just walked everywhere. The check-in staff was awesome, they gave us all the info we needed and were SUPER nice. We ate a couple of times at "The Grille" resturant and again the service and friendly staff was off the charts. We will be back!!
