AC was broken, they didn't send maintenance up, I had to repack and change room (and waste a lot of time), the traffic noise is really bad, and the rooms are tiny and run down

Pros: Good location, easy to walk places, safe. Price was okay for what it is.
Come: Barely room to move around the bed, but this might be a London thing.
Front desk told me nothing about the hotel at checkin. I found the restaurant on my own and ate there but not sure if I was supposed to get any sort of discount?
Bath shower soap area is old and needs replacing. It was disgusting.
Hair dryer was attached in the desk drawer which is awkward.

Nice clean hotel

The hotel room is business orientated. However there was no iron in the room. The wardrobe door hinge was broken which meant the door wouldn't fully close so the wardrobe light stayed on all night. The air conditioning is very loud even in the Spring maintaining a comfortable temperature. It was difficult to sleep. The breakfast is ok. I ordered pancakes and what arrived was a single inch and a half thick cake. Other things were ok but the hotel decor is looking tired. A basic for me is a good night sleep and simple things like an iron to make myself presentable so unfortunately I have to rate this stay poor.

As hotels go, the hotel wasn't terrible but for £200 a night I'd expect a lot more.
- No bath and the shower was tiny and attached to the wall which made showering awkward. Tiny bathroom.
-Central heating was left on and it was hot this was not a great mistake- the room was very warm for the entire first night as a result and made sleeping impossible.
- The room overall was quite small for the price, I'd have expected bigger for how much.
- Couldn't initially find that breakfast was included and tried to argue with me and charge me (would have been another £100!)
Breakfast selection was good but it is clearly not cooked fresh as I was told on the last day they "ran out of pancakes" ... and I asked if they were serious and they said yes. For £25 a person if breakfast isnt included in the room, it's quite disgraceful to claim they "ran out" and couldn't make more. The waitress couldn't care less either.
You can find much nicer hotels in London for the same price, the location was excellent and convenient, the front of desk staff were lovely as were most of the bar staff but honestly not a great experience.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room.

Food in the restaurant was brilliant & reception staff will also great.

A fabulous stay was had. Room was very big but sadly outside traffic noise disturbed our sleep slightly, The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and we both really enjoyed it. The hotel was spotless and staff very friendly. We were able to check-in early as our room was ready. Overall would definitely stay again but not in a front room.

Great service perfect location to go everywhere easily.

Really nice hotel, room was slighlty smaller than expected, bathroom large with a bath and shower. The bed was nice, firm and comfortable. Extra pillows provided in the cupboard. Ironing board and everything you expect. Only negative was the room stayed cold even if you turned the aircon up. Room was cold, bathroom is marble walls, floor so really cold on the feet. Would be great in the summer but in February its not great. Other than that its clean, tidy and well worth the money. I really like the staff and the restaurant area is great for cocktails, food or even just sit for a coffee.

Amazing friendly helpful staff great location for the tube and Euston station. Clean and modern hotel with excellent staff and facilities.

Good hotel. Impressive breakfast. Staff service also impressive. However, sound insulation between rooms was poor, even in premium priced rooms.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but unfortunately there were too many negatives to not do so. The room was dated because of this didn’t feel that nice. I asked for a quiet room and was told I could have one facing inwards eg not facing h out onto the main road but was given one right on the main road. The air con unit was SO loud. It’s a wonder I managed to get to sleep. Then there was the sound of ambulances and general street noise. Then, to make things worse you could hear and feel the trains underground.
On a positive the buffet breakfast was ok. The a la carte breakfast was awful to the point I could even eat it and that was after I waited 30 mins for it to arrive.
Unfortunately I would stay here again due to the above and the fact that the location wasn’t that good for me either.

I made x3 bookings for the same night for x3 couples as we were all heading out to celebrate a birthday. As a VIP member I’m entitled to certain benefits (when available). We were the 2nd couple to arrive, I enquired and was told by guest services that we weren’t entitled to these benefits as we’d booked via a 3rd party. This is the first Raddison Blu to tell me this as I stay with them a great deal, after a somewhat friendly debate about this I was then informed that the hotel was fully booked anyway to which I said fine. The third couple then arrived and were given all of my benefits ( that I wasn’t entitled to remember). When I enquired again with guest services the back pedalling began and as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ was offered a free breakfast which started after we’d have left due to an early train. We then spent the night in a three quarter bed as opposed to the double we’d booked but couldn’t change as they were ‘full’. Overall a terrible experience / service and will not be returning to this hotel.

In the middle of the morning- there was a loud motor noise when the temperature dropped and the heat came on

Well situated in central London. Excellent underground, bus and rail links. Easy to walk to central London sites and shopping.
The room was very small. Clean but functional. So very useful for an overnight stop for a business or pleasure trip, where hotel situation is more important than amenities. However reasonable value for a central London Hotel.

Nice hotel. Close to tube station. Lots of cafes in the area. Didn’t have time to use the hotel dinning or bar facilities as were were meeting up with family but reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Nice comfortable bed.

We arrived to meet friendly staff, upon arriving in our room and noticing a mistake once we told reception we were upgraded to an even better room without charge. All of the staff seemed genuinely kind and happy to help. We are using the room service both nights of our stay and I would highly recommend the food to anyone I found it thoroughly enjoyable. Especially the fresh hand cut chips. My only gripe would be that I didnt really like the pillows but that’s a personal thing so don’t let that deter you from staying.
Overall… I will be staying here again it was worth every penny. Vivian checked me and my partner in and he was just helpful and kind so than you Vivian.

Booked a premium room and the one provided, whilst it did have the amenities, def didnt look as pictures suggested, no table and chairs. Appeared to be a smaller standard room with some things added.
Room was adequately clean though clearly dusty, bed was comfy enough.
Slight noise from road even from 4th floor but this is central london so cant really complain.
No real information in room in terms of room service etc or how to order only a qr code linked to a menu.
Really tiny lifts...would struggle to get 2 cases in them with people!
No gold member perks were offered in terms of 20%discount on f&b or any upgrade.
Was fine for one night as was just used as base for a night out in west end but wouldnt stay here again at that price point.

Excellent breakfast and very comfortable room with very close underground link and train station

Hotel itself lovely, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast really good choice of food. Unfortunately our room situated on the 1st floor was very noisy from the shops and underground below, not a restful nights sleep.

We stayed for one night and it was a lovely hotel. Great location. No complaints would definitely stay again!

Lovely hotel next to Warren Street tube station.
Room was spacious with everything you need. My only thing was the pillows were too soft for me.
Breakfast was amazing, with plenty to choose from on the buffet to the A la carte menu. We had eggs benedict which was lovely.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy to get to. Big, spacious, clean room. Just quite noisy- as to be expected from central London.

Sympathetically modernised hotel retaining many of the original features of the Grafton. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this as base for a weekend exploring, eating, drinking and sightseeing.

Was not aware breakfast time changed during the week days from weekends. Should probably advise guests of the time change. My only observation! I would definitely recommend this hotel for locations, cleanliness and services. Excellent!

Welcoming staff, clean and spacious room. Ice and water facilities, breakfast and restaurant service top notch. Great and friendly hotel

Overall this hotel was great. Across the road from a tube station and a short walk from two more. Lots of supermarkets and cafes nearby and the staff were great. Breakfast was also good, buffet with a small selection of other options to order. Small mixup with the room type we booked, but this was cleared up quickly and a great solution provided. I would definitely stay again.

The Grafton has amazing manager in Peter and the team are just as awesome. Friendly guest service from the moment you walk in and meet the front of house team. Barbara (FOHM) was fabulous,
We loved staying here for the location, but the team and comfort was the best - we will return.
