Loud but nice beds

Stayed here one night to make an early flight the next morning less stressful. It’s also located right next to Midway car rental so returning my car was painless and a 2min walk to the hotel. Didn’t stay long - checked in evening time and back out at 5:30am the next morning - so didn’t see or use any of the amenities. Just needed a shower and a bed which were great. The staff was very nice getting me checked in quickly and settled for the night. Room was spacious and comfortable. Only issue was the free airport shuttle the next morning (FYI not run by Marriott so they don’t control it) - there was a display screen in the lobby with projected schedule and we were told they run every 20min or so but none of the shuttles were on time for people departing early morning. There were quite a few people that ended up taking a ride share instead after waiting on them a while. I just walked - it’s literally right down the same street as LAX and takes less than 10min. I know that’s not on Marriott, but if they’re going to advertise a partnership with this shuttle company they should probably make sure the information is accurate in expected wait times based on airport congestion, etc so people don’t waste time or miss flights.

I wish I had gotten the name of the staffer that checked me in at 16:45 on Friday. He was professional, helpful, and kind. He deserves a raise. My entire visit was outstanding! Every employee I encountered was friendly and accommodating. 5 Stars!!!

Clean, short walk from Airport or use the shuttle. Great little cafe bar, gym etc. Great value đź‘Ť
