This hotel has very nice up to date and spacious suites (with the exception of a very week hairdryer), which are very clean. There is a nice fridge, sink, plates, etc. It has a shuttle to the airport (althought you can also easily walk to the LAX terminals). Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Where the hotel fell short was with its promised complimentary breakfast. On Saturday, breakfast was supposed to start at 7 and it was not ready. When we reported this to the staff member did not say sorry for the inconvenience and just said it was coming. On Sunday, there was no coffee, which is poor service. Given this promise of breakfast is appealing to many who stay at the hotel so they can get to LAX early in the morning it was disappointing that the hotel could not manage this benefit. I am not likely to stay again for this reason.

Enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and conveniently located for where I needed to be. The staff were friendly, and the overall experience was comfortable and pleasant. I would happily stay here again.
