I loved the room but patio was dirty beer caps on the balcony and old party paper inbtween the metal bars fr new years view was excellent only bad part market is to over priced 2 drinks and candy bar and Oreo cookies 60 dollars and they say free contenial breakfast but nope u have to be a member or I don't get nothing but bed were comfy and room was nice needs microwaves for sure

The room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the elevator situation. Hope you get them repaired soon

Room was clean. Cleaning staff was exceptional and very nice. Front desk staff was available and pleasant. Hotel held our bags for a few hours until our room was ready on our first day.
Disappointed with the concierge service. Only present on weekend.

This was a fantastic place to stay for a family or solo trip to Manhattan. Went to several Broadway shows and it was really convenient. Staff was great and the room was clean and comfortable.
