The hotel needs a renovation. There is plans for an extensive one

Environment was fine, room was clean. Ceiling makes the loudest creaking sound keeping you up all night. Front desk claims it’s normal from weather but it was sunny entire time I was there. Wouldn’t book again do to being awake all night.

This hotel has a beautiful exterior. The view is amazing. Service at the restaurant is great. The interior of the rooms is just okay. I could not check in early without paying an extra fee, same if you want a late check out, even though my company paid for a meeting conference room. I didn’t feel the quality of the room warranted the price.

Room wasn’t clean. All the kitchen mixing bowl and cooking utensils were missing. Beds were squeaky and hard. Hot Cheetos on floor. I had to clean and unload dishwasher when we got there. We had to call to have room cleaned everyday. Would call for towels everyday too. Even when we called they would forget towels and never vacuumed or cleaned anything. Would just make beds and change towels when we called. It would be different if it was just once or twice but it was all week. It had stains on carpet and on couch. Umbrella outside was ripped and wood in patio set was worn and splintering. Curtains had one long and one short sheer. Door was sticking and very hard to open. Asked to have manager call but never happened. Not sure what happened to this place. We stay here every year, but this stay kept getting worse and worse. Even though we were letting them know.

Hotel room was a little outdated, bath tub and sinks were clogged. We paid for valet at drop off and they tried to charge another $25 for an additional day. No complimentary breakfast, everything was separate charges. Beds feel like twin size beds, felt kind of lumpy. Was not made ware of the $20 off coupon for Fleming after telling receptionist that’s where were headed. Super underwhelmed with my experience and probably never go back.

We rented a two-bedroom villa which is one of their most expensive rooms. I haven't really high hopes for this stay and the main lobby look very nice, as I'm sure most of the rest of the hotel was. The Villas however are run down, outdated, uncomfortable, and just not appealing in the slightest. There are cabinet doors in the kitchen hanging down, the dishwasher made a horrendous noise, there was a piece of tape on the top of the the door frames to lock the bedrooms, trash under the bed, and the beds were some of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. I was willing to look past most of that but then when my wife and baby were napping in the room around 1:00 in the afternoon, someone let themselves in to do fire alarm testing without notifying any of us. It wouldn't have been that difficult to send me a text about it which is how they have been communicating up until that point. service was great until I spoke with the manager who did nothing would make excuses and frankly he was highly insulting.

Checked in after a long drive and was given the wrong room and that took 30 minutes to fix. The room we ended up with was dirty with no decor or furniture/ bare. No robes or bedding for sofa bed. Early morning 8 am jackhammer noise from contractor was unappreciated. Why place guests in construction area? Overall facilities are tired unkept, staff is not good at basic accommodation of guests. Better hotels to stay in the area.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool area and spa were clean. Pet friendly too!!! There were many different places to walk the dog. It is a fabulous property.

I was checked in to a room the maid had not touched yet. We were left in the hall for a 1/2 causung us to be late for our event. Also, son left his medicine and called from desk twice to call us to get it and still haven't heard back. Additionally, it was extremely loud because walls and doors are thin.

The only thing about this property that was a bit annoying was paying for the rooms for my two employees. 1) I had to go there physically to pay for the rooms. 2) The didn't inform me that the resort fee would be put on incidentals versus me paying for them when I was standing at the counter. Pretty ridiculous and would have been embarrassing if the guest had been a client.

While I’ve never stayed at this property before. The rooms look remodled. Carpet looks new and fresh. Very modern; staff were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again. Only small negative is the modeling in the shower needs to be replaced, and the washcloths are a little old. Need new ones.

Very lovely hotel/resort in a convenient location. I splurged and spent extra to get a poolside room. The doors open out and what you get is 1 outdoor chair rt outside your door. No patio, no shade, no comfortable seating. You also get a fire pit directly across that is busy w people smoking all day, all night. As they smoke they chat, laugh, drink- all night. There was no way we could open our “pool side” doors bc of the smoke smell. When I asked the hotel info desk if it was a smoke free hotel they answered yes and said signs were being made to post at that fire pit. They also offered to move us to another room. My recommendation is to get a lesser cost room,indoors, away from the pool, gardens…

Hotel rooms were dirty. On the first night, we were put in a first floor room. Both beds had stains on the sheets. The next day, we asked to change rooms to a second floor. 1 elevator was working and the room that we were moved to was way around the other side of the property with no way to cut through because the connecting area was under construction. Try walking around a huge campus in the Phoenix 110 degree heat with suitcases. Now, lets talk about the dirty towels in the room and the dirt stain on the top sheet. I called the front desk and requested that my room be cleaned, trash dumped, and clean towels and wash cloths. I left my room at 10:00am and returned at 9pm to find the room had not been cleaned, there were no fresh towels, and the trash was still fulll. I called the front desk again, they send someone to dump the trash, make the beds, and she brings towels and no wash cloths. I call the front desk 2 more times and an hour plus later, they finally bring wash cloths. The next day, I call the front desk to ask for the room to be cleaned. I return to the room, the sheets weren't changed as the top sheet still had the same dirt stain on it. The trash cans were emptied but this time I was given 1 wash cloth when there were 2 of us staying in the room. The room is old, outdated and in desperate need of renovations. I do not recommend staying here.

Property itself was very nice, staff was very courteous and pleasant. Although room was nice, clean and quiet a lot of the charging outlets did not work. Property had construction going on blocking access to certain parts including main pool on first day of arrival. I understand things need to be done in order to maintain the property but it was a little inconvenient. Overall the hotel was fine and I would recommend for a stay.

Checking in was a nightmare. Our rooms werent ready until the end of the day. Our peers in our group all had the same problem. The transportation people were awesome though. The one guy Collin needs a raise. The women at front desk are rude

This place was pretty okay. They kept advertising and emailing me about "contactless" check-in, how I needed the app, etc. I did exactly what they told me to do, and the app wouldn't let me into the room. Called customer service, they told me to go to the front desk. So I couldn't even use that service and had to use the front desk after all. Front desk checked me in. The pool had bugs in it. Room was clean but I don't know how long it's been since they shampooed the carpet. Lobby was undergoing construction, it smelled like sewage.

Our stay was very quick, just one night. The room was very nice, comfortable bed, clean, and quiet. Grounds were beautiful. Had a drink in the bar and everything went well.

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! Elyse was great and helped us get hypoallergenic bedding into the room even when housekeeping wasn't super responsive. The main reason for the lower rating on the facility is because our a/c did not function well. That was a big negative! Other than that, we found that the staff are mostly doing the most to give a good guest experience in a facility that could use some work and upgrades.
