Satisfactory and met the requirements that I needed

Luckily, the check-in person accommodated me with a room closer to jackrabbit Road. I had a medical procedure at 6:30 in the morning so I was unable to have transportation from your Shuttle because no one works that early. I walked to the location and took my luggage with me. Two of the lamps in the room did not work. It was no clock in the room, trash cans were a bit bizarre with two buckets so I was supposed to start trash? Beautiful facility, and extremely large.

Overall disappointed

Location was great for our trip. Pool was very nice as well as the breakfast.

The hotel was nice as well as the facilities. They could not do an early check in which was annoying. Rooms were pretty outdated which bummed us out for the price we paid.

tout était très sympa, bel hotel. Le cadre est beau, tranquille.

difficile d'avoir un transat près de la piscine, il faut s'accaparer d'un transat très tôt. En journée, les abords de la piscine, ne sont pas assez souvent nettoyé, reste de gobelets, serviette à terre. La femme de ménage est passé 1jr sur 2, à changer les serviettes mais n'a pas enlevé les anciennes et vidé les poubelles.

Horrible

Dirty sheets not accommodating, rude staff room smelled disgusting and no food anywhere. Horrible for over 350 per night. Also are room was not even ready and we had to get a different room

Needs just a little help to be outstanding.

Great grounds with plenty of parking. Two pools.

Rooms have great potential but they looked a little tired and dated; especially in the bathrooms. Needs some attention to detail when being cleaned. Mattresses were trash.

Outside of building is due for remodel. Room has been updated, but bathroom seems to be old. Terrible shower experience.

Best Hotel so Far!!

All the great amenities at the resort such as the pool, bar, restaurant etc. And the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful.

There is nothing I don't like so far.

Family Friendly, Nice Staff, Fun Onsite and Close to The Fun!

Large property with lots of activities to do onsite. Our family, 3 adults and one child fit in their 2 queen 426 sqft room. The restaurant onsite severed really tasty food. There are two pools onsite, the south pool is the only one that has the hot tub if you want to be by it, book the south end. The north end is by the lobby and other pool. Very family friendly, beautiful courtyard with water fountain. Corn hole, ping pong, connect 4 and Jenga games. The room featured a small sink with coffee pot, fridge, and a larger sink in bathroom. Plenty of area to get ready and do makeup. Closer held 4 people’s clothes. Loved the balcony and enjoyed facing the pool! Free warm cookies at front desk area bonus! Happy vacationing!

Only having one small hot tub for this large of a property is a down fall. Since there are two pools there should be two hot tubs. No elevators. Cornhole game on south end of pool needs to be replaced.

A wonderful sisters weekend in paradise.

We loved the luxurious room with huge windows. We loved the beautiful grounds. The restaurant was great. The staff was so amazing and friendly….everywhere we encountered them! Our only unfavorable comment was a bartender on Sunday morning with a frown and a chip on her shoulder. We never did get waited on and ended up leaving without the mimosas we were going to celebrate with. Other than that, we only had wonderful experiences.

La locacion

Mala atencion en el check in. Solo Por ser mecicano y querer con una tarjeta mexicana. Un muchacho de apariencia latino por cierto, no me queria recibir la tarjeta sin siquiera intentar hacer el cargo. Tuvo que ir de mala gana con su supervisor a preguntar si la podia aceptar. Y la tarjeta paso sin Problema. Me moleste mucho por su actitud tan racista, apesar de ser miembro de Hilton Honors

Nice place to stay for a long weekend.

Nice pools, convenient parking and close to old town Scottsdale.

The negative I can find is the bath/shower was a little small.

Liked the property but disappointed in the room

There was only one patio chair on the balcony that was ripped and there was only one chair at the eating table and no chair at the vanity station and no shower gel and conditioner

Comfortable, accommodating, quiet, well kept resort hotel.

Large room, comfortable bed, sliding doors opened onto a patio, great towels, glass glasses, lovely gardens & landscaping, beautiful pools & hot tub. Pool side bar. Shuttle drove us to Scottsdale Stadium and Old Town.

Long line argyle coffee bar in the lobby. Only one person working there, when there was a large business conference staying at the hotel. Made for a long wait for morning latte.

Isolated in a large location.

Nobody around to help answer questions for a very large property that is confusing with its twist and turns in the hallways. Somebody thought it would be a good idea to make the path a puzzle to get to the rooms.

Excellent staff, clean rooms, shuttle to old town, close to old town. Loved my stay!

That I wasn't able to transfer to another location and that they couldn't help me book s room in phoenix.

Our friend told us not to stay there and we did anyway, poor decision on our part

We booked a king bed and got 2 queen Front desk said they didn’t have any, our other 2 friends also changed rooms . Why did they get rooms and we didn’t?

Liked the area. Probably wouldnt stay at that hotel again.

Beautiful fountain and pool areas. Liked the breakfast voucher and breakfast buffet option. Paid more to upgrade to fountain view room which was nice. Wait staff was great. Starbucks was great! Lobby was nicely decorated

Stayed Sunday thru Wednesday. Disappointed that there was no poolside bars open. No option for dining or drink service poolside. Grounds were not very well maintained - grass growing through sidewalk cracks, lots of plants and debris on sidewalks. Seemed half empty. Couldn't find a housekeeping cart anywhere to replenish our conditioner, which was completely empty upon check in. Front desk had 1 person waiting on a line of 4-5 people.

Beautiful grounds. Okay rooms. Operates like a conference and wedding destination.

Beautiful pools and grounds. Large gym. Decent location. Spacious room with two double beds. High ceilings.

Room with two double beds was far from the amenities and pools. In the back corner of the resort. The set up for conferences and weddings was aparent. The plumbing was poor and the bathroom was quite dated. The furniture had seen better days. Felt old considering the price. Not quite a match to photos, but not bad.

A little disappointed but overall not the worst, unless you consider the price I paid.

It felt like it was in a safe location.

I woke up around 3am to what sounded like mice or rats scratching in the walls. Overall everything appeared clean but clearly they have a problem. Additionally for the price paid I would think they would have a small size tube of toothpaste for those who forgot to pack one, which I did. They did have mouthwash which I used to help brush my teeth. Also, on the reusable bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap that they have attached to the shower walls there was grossness from past tenets. The little details like this tend to make me think the cleaning process is quick and not thorough. It only takes a moment to spray sanitizer and wipe those bottles. I would not say this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in (not even close) and had I not woke up to the sounds of critters at 3am I would have considered staying here again.

Disappointing vs earlier memories I had of the hotel.

Room was so basic, I thought I was in a Motel 6.

The location and reminiscing the previous I had at the hotel a few years ago. Then, I had a room on the 2nd floor near the main pool. This one was kind of hidden in a corner. And the interior was so much better back then.
