Our stay at the resort was enjoyable & fun.

Because we are seniors this situation didnt work for us. Young people dont have any problem.

All the staff. Front desk super helpful, cleaning people, at the restaurant waiters and waitresses. Breakfast was really good, the room comfortable but too far from the front desk and restaurants. We didnt use the pools but they look very nice.

The property is divided in two sections. We walked back and forth to do everything from point A to point B. You need to walk a lot and take elevators to different floors. Another thing the hotel advertized a market pantry where you were supposed to get a sandwich, salads, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks none of this was available. They have only snacks, soft drinks, beer and first aide medicine.

Not a very good value. The advertised room price on booking.com was $137. With the additional pet fee of $75, resort fee and tax our one night stay came to in excess of$300.

Sufficient for a last minute book but would choose another hotel with better quality for the price paid.

The buffet breakfast.

The bathroom tub was not clean a missing stopper. The crevices on the doors were dusty and needed to be cleaned. The room itself was dated and worn. The hotel was overpriced for the quality of what was provided.

Nice stay in Scottsdale

Great location and decor was very nice. Pool was nice although we only stayed one night so didn’t use it. Room was nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast selection wasn’t great, parking was inconvenient, room needs more attention to cleaning detail areas such as corners, doors, etc ( dust and dirt collection) and no lock on the bathroom barn door.

A lovely resort, after reading reviews I was apprehensive but the room and facility were great.

Foremost, the key cards actually work! Nice room layout with lots of space. Happy hour reception was fun and breakfast options were plentiful. Great location with grocery stores down the street and easy navigation to anywhere in Scottsdale.

I found only one ice machine in the entire resort -- it was pretty far from the room. Bathroom door was difficult to close. Elevator was under repair, but a second elevator was just a few steps away. I stayed during an insanely busy weekend and parking was a challenge.

A wonderful hotel. Great breakfast, attentive staff, comfortable rooms. Location central to Scottsdale.

Minor issue parking after 8pm as its high season. They are addressing it.

Dissatisfied

Staff was pleasent, the made to order eggs were delicious.

No smart TVs, rust is showing through on roof and corners, all elevators were broken (in 120° weather), the layout is not inclusive, there are random gates where you would think you could walk or push a wheelchair through, instead we had to walk way out of our way to find a ramp /walkway to find a working elevator.

fun time. all staff was very friendly

convenient and clean. the food and drinks at breakfast and evening were excellent. staff was very very friendly

I am not sure I would stay there again. Location might be the biggest influence.

Location. complimentary breakfast was awesome.

I disliked that we had to call housekeeping for towels and to empty garbage., or for more coffee. A simple walk through to do this daily would have been really nice.

overall happy with the services and the stay

The breakfast buffet was good, though ending at 10 would be better. Afternoon food and drinks were a nice bonus!

The main pool and hot tub were cold during our stay - so we often walked to the back pool. Didn't seem to be worked on despite multiple reports of it.

Great stay except for fresh towel issue. Room needs a little attention.

Due to the length of our staff, we weren't able to have room cleaned, which is fine. We requested fresh towels/wash cloths. For day 2 only received towels, for day 3, did not receive anything. Bathroom door kept sliding off the track.

It was good. I would come back.

The grounds and staff were very good.

Happy hour could be one of the worst I ever have been at. Limited beer choice. Hor d oeuvres selection was terrible. In my opinion just eliminate and offer cheaper drinks in that time period. Housekeeping for the room was not the best, but I understand the short staff issue.

The breakfast was a very good buffet with lots of choices & a made to order omelette. The staff was very pleasant & welcoming & the dining area was nice & clean. The reception staff were friendly, efficient & answered our questions. Our room was nice & clean & the bed comfortable.

The pool that was located in the center of the property was not available as it was drained, as was the jacuzzi. When walking into the reception area one can see the pool area immediately, so obviously it’s a feature. Unfortunately for us we were not aware the pool would not be available as we would have chose another hotel & still they charged a resort fee.
