Great place and location, nice staff.

Clean room, easy check in and check out, and many dining options near by.

The room was great. Beds were very comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed. It did take about 5 minutes for the desk clerk to emerge from the office when we were trying to check in at 9:00 pm. But once she came out, we were settled in our room quickly.

Renovations being done, but had no real impact on our stay. Room was nice and quiet.

This hotel is in a quiet area that is just close enough to dining and a 15-20 minute drive to the beaches or Disney. There was construction going on that was noticeable (elevators I think) and the 3rd party booking app listed this property as having room service which is did not which was a disappointment. Rooms are large and clean

Excellent experience! Would recommend to family and friends… Front desk staff very friendly. Nicely located near fabulous restaurants. Only issue was ongoing construction to main entrance. Otherwise, excellent. Nice room, accommodated my request, adequate gym, safe, Free Wi Fi and free parking. Thank you so much and I would gladly do it again.

We had to switch hotels at the last minute and Courtyard was helpful and quick and easy. We so appreciated having a clean, comfortable place to land after a very stressful day. The staff were so kind and helpful.

There was co addiction going on, so we had to enter from the back of the hotel, which was a surprise to us. Parking was sparse, due to construction. The front desk employee was very friendly, and check in was fast and easy. Our room was right next to the elevator, but we didn’t hear anything from inside. The room was clean and well appointed. My only real criticism is that the bed was extremely firm—enough so that I had a hard time falling asleep, and I woke up with some aches and pains. Not sure if this is standard for Courtyard hotels, but it will be a definite consideration in choosing this chain going forward.

Great location. 15 minutes to Disneyland. 30 minutes to Universal. Walkable dining locations. Staff was very friendly. Good sized room. Great value.

Everything was great except the prices on your food at Starbucks. The prices are out of this world but I guess it’s just in world we now live in. 7and .50 cents for a plain begal, really.

Felt very safe. Beds were nice. Slept very well.

Located in a quiet area, close to dining.

Convenient to local venues. Near our son's house. We always stay at Courtyard when we are in Cypress.

I will book another hotel with continental breakfast next time - the prices were quite high for ordering breakfast at the diner bar.

The hotel and location was perfect for this trip. I thought the shower/tub was slippery for me, though. Only complaint.

Many positive things to say about this Courtyard experience. Location is great with many eating options close by. Plenty of free parking. Breakfast good if your plan includes that option. The staff are excellent - very courteous and efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable (except doors jammed and were not easy to open). Biggest downside to this hotel is the elevators. They have two, but only one works. The one that does work is slow and always stops for no reason at floors that are not selected. The waits are long and frustrating. People started to use the employee freight elevator - you might have to ride with bags of trash, but at least you can get to your room or exit the hotel faster. Maybe they should make it a priority to fix this...

It’s walking distance to restaurants.

The room was overall clean, but the bed's headboard had smudges of fat/dirt on it that could be seen when looking sideways... The room was arranged in a somewhat weird way: the TV was not facing the bed/sofa, but sideways to the bed, so we had to watch it with our heads looking left to it... The bathroom was clean, but the showers/bathtub needs some detailing/work - a previous installation was not properly fixed/covered and looked quite unappealing. The shower head has not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. A special mention to the staff that checked us in - he read and took care of the request of a quiet room we made at the time of reservation, and gave us the perfect room. Like most hotels in this price range, the in-room AC unit was noisy, but not as bad as in other cases. We did manage to sleep. The bed linens are not 100% cotton, as it is more and more common in hotels in this price range, but the poly-blend used was more breathable and not as hot as in other cases. The corridor was extremely cold and set to 70F (as displayed in a thermostat near our room) - I don't know how efficient/eco-friendly cooling the corridor so much, as well as the old and noisy AC unit in the room, is... Parking was free, easy and plenty. Would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Very convenient location next to restaurants shopping can’t beat the area. Would stay there again most definitely.

Guest elevator service is terrible, one of the elevators was not working while the other is very sloooooow. We had to use the service elevator each time..

One elevator was out so it took a little longer for an elevator to take us up and down. The hotel and location is very nice. There is a lot of room and the beds are comfortable. The AC unit in the rooms could be updated. Overall stay was great.
