Thought I would have a view, but not of dirt outside the unit.

Really clean hotel room the pool was awesome my kids enjoyed it.

Older hotel but very clean. Breakfast above average with waffles, eggs, sausage, danish, bread, yogurt and various varieties of milk. Microwave and small refrigerator in room were convenient. View of ocean from 2nd story room was awesome. My son enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Room was nice and comfy however there were ants all over the room , On top of dresser, tv stand, nightstands and the coffee bar area in the room. I told front desk staff when checking out they noted it for maintenance to spray the room before the next guests check in .

My bathroom had urine stain on the toilet seat. When I went to the lobby to tell them, they did not have cleaning service available. The other room they offered was worse so I had to go back to the original room and clean the urine stain myself. Is that worth the $270 I spent?

A bit dated.

I checked in late in the day, took a walk on the beach and went to sleep. I booked a two night stay in a room with an ocean view to get some much needed down time. When I woke up I found that there was no water to the toilet. When I called the front desk, they said maintenance would be in at 9am. I was surprised that there was no offer of help to me without a toilet for the next few hours. The front desk called back after 10 minutes an offered to move me to another room. I packed up and moved, only to find a dark dingy room with dead moths and a view of a rock wall! I was beyond disappointed. The room I booked was over $200/night for an ocean view, which I no longer had. I went back to the front desk and asked to check out. This was not the relaxing trip I had planned. They did return my money for the 2nd night, but my trip was over at this point.

Its chain business that doesn’t let you you refund purchases day of.

Wonderful, clean, family friendly place. It was our first time here for the weekend and it was amazing! We will definitely look to stay here again!

This place was so clean and quiet our room was nice and clean we will stay here again male sure you book room with a balcony so you can have a view of the ocean like we did it was awsome

Paid for a partial ocean view as it was really the only room to choose from. We did not have an partial ocean view or an ocean view at all as we were behind a cliff. When I informed the front desk they shrugged their shoulders and said sorry. Extremely disappointing. The room was nice and clean. We made it work for our trip overall but I definitely won’t put them in my top 10 places in Fort Bragg to stay.

Great Stay and walking distance to the beach! We had a great 3 day weekend!

Our entire room was covered in what I think was a pretty noticeable layer of drywall dust. Anywhere I placed something left an impossible to miss area where it wiped the dust off. There's no reasonable way this could have been overlooked by cleaning crew. Also, the door and/or handle was very particular. I eventually figured out that the door would only reliably open if I rotated the handle upwards while leaning into it. Not a big deal altogether but it felt like some upkeep was lacking. Otherwise it was perfectly serviceable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. No problems parking.

Overlooking the beach and easy to be access from the main road. My kids love the swimming pool.

Natalie’s the best she s very kindness , friendly and doing her best to make me feel comfortable when I stay there. But 2 old ladies working on Monday so mean , moody talked to me with their strong voice like they wanted to kill me. Room was old but clean. And keycard didn’t work many times. I had to walk down to lobby and changed it.

First impressions not great. But everything worked! Could use a makeover

Friendly staff, clean room

The room was a comfortable size. We enjoyed the large sliding door to the balcony and the wood ceiling. It made the room a little special. Everything was clean, the bed very comfortable.

We were very happy with our stay here & would stay here again. It is not the newest hotel but it was clean, staff was friendly, nice breakfast & conveniently located.

Stay was very pleasant due to the friendliness of the front desk staff and workers in the breakfast area, the cleanliness of the grounds, easy access to the beach, wonderful waterfront view, and walking paths.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious, and there was a pedestrian tunnel underneath Hwy 1 that lead to the beach.

The view is amazing

Very friendly staff. Rooms were large and clean and breakfast was pretty good for a free breakfast. The location is great as you can take a small tunnel under the highway to get to an awesome beach. I would recommend the ocean view rooms as that building is much closer to the main building and the beach however, they are all in close walking distance.

It was very comfortable

Dated furniture and bathroom especially chalking around the bathtub, popcorn ceiling.

The property seems as though work is being done. The rooms look old. But the beds were comfortable. Not much noise.

My family and I stayed at the Best Western Inn and we were very pleased. Clean room, friendly staff and a great breakfast.

Check in was quick and the staff was friendly. Our room was nice and the view was even better. Had to tip the guy that was making breakfast he was definitely on it and made sure everything was stocked. We would stay here again.

The front desk is very nice and helpful, the place is quite and safe

Nice partial ocean view and nice sunsets f balcony. Pretty flowers on grounds. Room not ready when we arrived. Moved us to clean room with same features. Microwave did not work. Bridge construction nearby on balcony side.

I love the ocean view, the close, walkable access to the beach...and the good breakfast included with lodging. All Good!
