Very clean and comfortable. Staff was responsive and very friendly. The view from the left side, 1st floor was amazing (see ocean waves from the bed!!
The location is also excellent step on the bluffs above the beach right from the room.

Excellent location and view. Comfortable beds. Clean enough, but a very aging property, some missed spots of ? on walls. Door stop coming out of the wall. Difficult opening sliding door. People smoking just outside in the morning has us hurrying to close the doors and windows.

Five family members booked 3 rooms at this accommodation. We enjoyed our stay so much that we asked to stay longer but unfortunately they were booked up. Located on the beach just north of Fort Bragg each room has an ocean view. The beach was great for walking and exploring and a hilltop trail provided a little morning exercise. Extras included bikes for rent and fire pits to enjoy. The front desk staff were very friendly.

It was perfect, check in was super easy, staff was very nice and helpful, very nice view, this is our second time staying at the beachcomber and we will always book this room when we stay, we always recommend to family and friends that come to stay in fort Bragg

Overall our trip was amazing. The views of the pacific were stunning and the sounds of the ocean could be heard with the sliding glass door. One thing to note is the glass on our sliding door was ‘popped’ so moisture and salt spray found its way in between the glass panes which hindered some of the view from inside the room. We also stayed in a ground level room and could hear just about every move our upstairs neighbors made, but other than the two minor details, the place was incredible. I cannot wait to go back to Fort Bragg again

Definitely a great place to stay. Literally right on the beach and a few mins from town. Staff was amazing and super helpful. The rooms were very clean and pet friendly which is a bonus!

Great location right on the beach with a walking path that leads right to town. Easy parking and easy to find right off of highway 1. We had a second floor room with a great view of the beach/ocean from the balcony and we enjoyed having a cup of coffee in the morning on the balcony. The rooms however have paper thin walls and heard guests under us partying all night one night and could hear the nextdoor neighbors conversations. The bed and pillows were pretty uncomfortable as well. They did not provide daily room service/cleaning due to continued COVID restrictions. We were told about a food delivery service called FoodRunners but the app and website didn’t work when we tried to order food from several different local restaurants.

The views of the ocean are amazing. There’s a trail just right behind the motel which is awesome for a walk to take in the breath taking views. Rooms are cleans and standard. I like that they give you real cups rather than plastic. Way to go green!

What an amazing place to stay!! Was out favorite and the favorite of seasoned Fort Bragg travelers that are friends of ours! Room 206 is forever our favorite! We will be back every year! Thank you Beachcomber for our best first trip and the invitation to many more romantic and family getaways!

Stayed there at a weekend Getaway!!! Its a great location, with amazing views, very comfortable beds, kids and pet friendly!!! Will highly recommend

My wife and I have stayed here several times. Never again. It seems that because we had our dog which we paid extra for it was ok to charge a expensive price and provide a very small uncomfortable room. Bed was worn out could not use the toilet with out stepping into the bath because the door swing was wrong. Shower pressure barely allowed use to rinse along with the head being too low, no room ventilation so the room was very damp. It was clean but not a comfortable stay. Neighbors were noisy late into night. Seems as though because we were permitted to have a dog the business could disregard these things.In addition we stayed three nites. The room was never cleaned and we had to go beg for towels at the front desk. Fort Brag was nice but this motel was not.

We have stayed at the Beachcomber several times before. The location is wonderful but this time we were extremely disappointed. We had no heat in our room the first night there and their solution was to bring us a space heater which promptly blew the circuit breaker. They finally figured out the boiler was out for that section of the motel. Also, the commodes are like for toddlers. Way too low and uncomfortable. We probably won’t be coming back to this motel again.

Amazing and beautiful location. Nice room with a nice view. Very affordable. Friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is the mattrass. It was just not good enough and I had back pain the day after. I am not sure if other rooms are like this, but my bed wasn't the greatest. Didn't ruin the stay, but I did have some back soreness the next day.

The hotel itself is simple and pleasant and when you get to your room and can see the beach from the bed, it really hits you how wonderful of a location this is. The staff is also very kind. I do hope they bring back the continental breakfast for the next time I come to stay.

I love staying here! Core memories have been created with each of my 3 stays; which included experiences with my partner, solo, and once with my family. More AMAZING each time. There are so many pros. Friendly staff. Accomodating. Convenient. Beach access. Amazing views. Fire pits. Bike rentals. Close to town. Accessible walking trails. Ocean views in all rooms. Clean. Etc.. I Will definitely continue to book with Beachcomber whenever I come back to Fort Bragg!

My daughter and one of her friends took me to Fort Bragg for the weekend. It was my birthday we had an awesome time.
It was very nice to be able to relax rist and just be refreshed.
The motel itself is very clean the people were very friendly. And if we ask for extra pillows toilet paper they were very kind
to give it to us. The only thing that we did not enjoy was the noisy kids upstairs.
I guess they were Playing Tag half the night.. Even still we had a good time as we always do . We love this place. We have great memories here.
