Except for the small blood stain on the bed sheet, the room and bathroom were clean. Room service was prompt and delicious. Shuttle to and from the airport was appreciated. Friendly and efficient registration counter staff.

The room is nosiy (car sound from free way). The breakfast staffs are very good and friendly. The check in staff are not welcoming (he needs more training). Overall, it is not bad for the price.

The room itself was fine, typical. What I didn't like was the fact that I had to pay for parking! And when I had asked about it upon check-in, the agent just mumbled and blew me off. And for $20, I didn't even get inside the garage! Ridiculous! And when I ate in the restaurant, the waiter was nice, but because there was only him and some other guy who only cleared the tables, it took forever just to get his attention when I needed something! Not cool! It was only as I was leaving did they start paying attention! Menu could improve with more or better options. I could have had just as good or better service at the Holiday Inn Express down the road where they don't nickel and dime you for everything. And they give you free breakfast and parking! Definitely won't make that mistake again!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. When you reserve here, you know exactly what you’re getting. Park next door at their long term parking for a cheaper parking. Stay overnight before your flight, and leave your car until you return from your trip. Prepay online for the parking and it’s Even cheaper. “BURLINGAME AIRPORT PARKING.”

This was a good hotel, no real complaints. Attentive front desk, decent breakfast bar, clean room and public areas. The airport shuttle worked well. My only complaint (small as it is) is that I expected something more. This hotel was the most expensive on my list of options. I picked it as a treat for us but didn’t notice much difference from cheaper hotels. So I would say it’s a good hotel, but you can probably find similar quality for less money.

This property was nice in the common area. There was dog feces near the elevator, red ants in the public restrooms, my shower was vroken, the shower curtain was falling off and one of my complimentary bottles of water was open and half drunk, and the vending machine on the 3rd floor was not functioning.

Not enough light in the room and bathroom needed to have a make-up mirror. Hotel seemed dated as well. Should have free coffee in lobby and not have to pay for it after 6 am as you do in the market store! Most hotels offer this. I also felt for the price, a Hilton Hampton Inn was better! At least you could have coffee all day and have a free breakfast I will not be receiving this hotel to my friends. The shuttle service was good

Airport shuttle wait more than 1 hr in wind and rain. Front desk slow and overwhelmed. Lack staff to handle guests. Restaurant mate d also slow overwhelmed and extremely rude. Overall the stay was not worth the price paid

I’ve stayed here before with no issues but this time I was put on the third floor next to the air and heating units for the entire building. Very loud all night . Also several dead bugs on the window sills. If you stay here stay on the fith floor and up . Nice indoor pool and gym and a decent breakfast .

There were small gray spots on the bathroom floor. I thought at first it was from my shoes but it wasn’t. I could remove it with my fingernail but not by rubbing it with water. It definitely marred the effect of an otherwise clean bathroom. Also, most of the outlets wouldn’t work for phone charging.

I really appreciated that the hotel let me check in early and leave a bit later than check out time. As a flight attendant it my schedule can constantly change. The breakfast was also great and I enjoyed the service. My only issue was the communication with the receptionist on my first day of being at the hotel. He hung up the phone when I thought he was putting me on hold and he gave the delivery guy for my food my room number. Big no no to give the delivery guy my room number when I purposely didn’t share that information! The hotel room has no fridge or microwave (microwave was in the lobby), the pillows and mattress need a refresh for sure.

Convenient location near the airport and Hwy 101. Quiet rooms which is impressive given the air traffic. Rooms are a little tired and mine wasn't the cleanest upon arrival. Nevertheless, it was acceptable. Hotel breakfast is very convenient, though generic. Staff were incredibly accommodating and generous.

Loud mechanical noise on South side of building all night; cheap/broken coffee machine; smelly pillow sheets and towels; no mini fridge in room; old poor entertainment/interactive system. I saw attendant at gym touching gym towels with bare hands. He's supposed to wear gloves. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. You only stay here if absolutely necessary and they don't care about customer service.

Good rate and service for the hotel side. Their restaurant and room service did not impress. Tried for at least one hour to order room service but to no avail. Ended up going down to the lobby and ordering in person. Food quality was okay, not the best.

Our neighbor was very loud partying and there is a strong smell of smoke or weed seeping into my room. I can smell it on the hallway too. Not a pleasant experience. Will never stay there again, dissapointed with hilton.

Such big Hotel and they did not had good WiFi to use and we have to use cell HotSpot to access even google stuff..after further checked facility mentioned that there is option to upgrade Wifi with $5/day...There was hidden parking fee charged which was not menitoned in booking.. Hotel Thermostat did not reflect correct temperature and difficult to operate. for 3 days managing right temprature in room was struggle. Called facility person and he not able to add any value add. we thought its closed to Airport so Shuttle will be there but Hotel menitoned they don't have Airport shuttle 24X7 which mostly hotels have
