This was our second time staying there, so my expectations where high, It turned out to be very disappointing. Room had an odor, carpet was dingy, Fan in the bathroom did not work. Shampoo dispenser was not working. No hair conditioner. Breakfast was ok.

hotel controlled the heat/A/C system, room was hot & muggy. could not turn on A/C.. also I was not expecting to pay $39 a night to park my car.

The sofa-bed was not made and very uncomfortable, blanket was dirty. The lobby needs more sitting for breakfast. Kids liked the pool. Nice view of the airport and water.

The hotel is nice but there were some dislikes about it. The bar closes for like 2 hours right in the middle of afternoon and closes early for the night.

Room was SUPER clean and the bed, ahhh the bed! It was hands down the most comfortable mattress I have slept on. I've never had a bad experience at this hotel.

Everthing was exstreamly clean. Wondering breakfast with good choices. The omelet bar was amazing. I will be staying here again if I ever have to come back up this way. One of the best hotels i have been to in a long time.

A few in-room issues, 1 of 2 tv remote malfunctioning, sliding door rollers inoperable, ants in bathroom(bathtub, sink and floor). Room can be cleaned better by housekeeping before new customer arrives.

My experience at the hotel was mixed. Despite our room not being ready at 8:30 PM, the staff offered a $30 restaurant voucher for the inconvenience. After dinner, our room wasn't cleaned, leading to a room change and a late check-out offer. However, the next morning, our request for a 1 pm late check-out was denied, citing the previous voucher and a manager's decision, manager even said it's not personal. Overall, a blend of hospitality and minor hiccups.

Great overnight stay for an early bird flight out of SFO... Room was excellent, beds were great, even pull out sofabed was very comfortable. Loved the interior layout & view from balcony was nice. Id definately make a point to stay here again.

We love our "staycations" here. We live 30 min. away and when we stay at this facility, we feel like we are in a tropical paradise for the night.

On the plus-side the hotel ambiance is great. Liked the Manager’s Happy Hour and breakfast was great. Very disappointed that the pool is commandeered by a swim school and that I couldn’t get the room as cool as I’d like.

The Room was disgusting, not clean at all. The shower was cold no hot water. I have never complained about a hotel before. But I will never stay in the hotel again. I will be filing a claim to get money back.

The location near SFO was excellent for our family’s early morning flight. Our room was spacious, if a bit aged - in line with expectations of Embassy Suites. The shuttle from the airport was inconvenient and the driver skipped me - not the hotels fault, but coloring my impression of the stay overall. Good thing the driver for our trip back to the airport was excellent.

The property was nice. The room was not the cleanest (items, trash, and food from previous guests was still in the room under beds and couch). Breakfast was really good. The pool and hot tub were always crowded. Staff was nice and helpful.

We were traveling with person in wheel chair. Asked for rooms side by side and this need was not met. Rooms were available on a either side of each room and our need couls hav a been met. Staff at this location rude and not helpful. Checkin was a nightmare. Although we paid upfront on this website hotel insisted on billing both rooms at the rate already paid plua two 500 dollar incidenal charge. Stall had to be called 3 times for an extra blanket. Manager reception staff on Sunday extremly rude and 7n accomading. Worst stay ever fir an Embassy Suites.

Love the view of the lagoon. Had a wonderful breakfast that kept me full all day. Omelette with goat cheese was so creamy. Memories with my loved ones will last forever.

The hotel is old and not maintained. This was my 2nd stay and while better than the first the shower curtain was broke and hanging the metal casing in the shower handle was broken the vent was so loud in the the bath you couldn’t hear passed it and all the regular tv channel sound cuts out whether in the room or at breakfast area.

Rented four rooms with family. All rooms were overheated. We were not able to lower the temperature. Had to open the sliding door to outside to get comfort inside.
