I have stayed at the hotel numerous times in the past. I was starting a new work assignment Monday and my ABnb wasn't available until Monday night. So, I checked in everything went well, no problem. I dinged them a star on cleanliness due to the excess odor of the room freshener that many hotels use to make the rooms smell clean. Usually, they have a good breakfast at least in the past they did. I was really looking forward to breakfast and disappointed to find they aren't serving breakfast. I probably could have taken a couple points off for that as well. It is as I titled it, affordable, dependable quality. I wish I could have added with a great hot breakfast. I will check on breakfast next time, If they don't have it I will check out others that do.

Great place to stay especially to get back and forth from the airport. Nice having the walkway by the water. A little loud with planes and traffic but not bad.

Check in was easy & fast. She was super sweet & the rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable & my back didn’t hurt when I woke up! Quiet rooms & a great view, with plenty of yummy food & amenities nearby. Close to airport & hospital, I’m so happy I stayed here!

If you just need a place to sleep for the night and don't need any frills this is the place for you. It's clean and gets the job done.

The fan in the bathroom couldn't be turned off so it was on all night. Also the light on the balcony couldn't be turned off so we couldn't enjoy the lights around the Bay at night even though we paid extra for the balcony to enjoy the view.

This hotel will not give you a receipt for your stay. I simply asked the front desk, "Annabella" for a receipt when I checked out and she said she could not do that. I find this very odd. I needed the receipt to compare the charges and make sure no other items I did not use were charged. I also need it for my company (reimbursement). She said I reserved the hotel room through a third party, Orbitz.com, therefore I should get the receipt from Orbitz. She was not rude, but she did not make an effort to try to print a receipt. I asked for the manager but she gave so many excuses that there is no manager and won't call anybody above her. No one can help us. I left very frustrated without a receipt.

When I got in my room, the room was stuffy. I turned the AC on, but it was bowing hot air. I had no phone in my room, so I had to walk to the front desk. She told me at this time of the year, the AC is tuned off. I asked her to switch me to another room - BAY FRONT, the fact AC was off, and my room was so stuffy - she said no can do without increasing the fees by $33 dollars. I asked her to call her manager, she did, and the manager said no go. So, I ended paying the money. That was disappointing. The room overall was comfortable with the screening doors all open facing the bay.

Great, reasonably priced stay with convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. Front desk clerk was professional and very accommodating. There is no longer a breakfast option and management needs to update info for travel websites. Otherwise, terrific stay!

Stayed 2 nights. The hotel was inexpensive but clean and comfortable. The store sells wine and beer and has a good selection of snacks. It is far from the train station, but there is a shuttle bus from the airport.

The place is dated, rooms are old and tired dirty furniture. Not impressed. I changed my room to ocean view so i could open the screen door fr fresh air. On first floor i see guys sharing rooms with the doors open. Didnt feel like a hotel.

I really like this place for a no-frills stay. I had a balcony, and there's a walking path right along the bay. Lots of great food nearby, and really close to the airport. I actually enjoyed watching the planes land and take off from the balcony!

I was very disappointed and displeased with this hotel. I don’t usually leave reviews but this experience was so frustrating. When booking this room, it said on the website that they are flexible with cancellation and changes. I requested to cancel one of my two nights and I was told no without any questions or explanations. I paid for the protection plan through Expedia who reached out to front desk who told me I could cancel it for free but the tax would be $128.00 (the price I paid for it). We then called and asked if they had electric car charging station and was told yes. We showed up and there isn’t one for a few miles. So when we had to stay the second night, house keeping did not come the whole 50 hours we were there. The rooms are old and the rooms are not secure. Anyone can walk up to your room as the rooms are outside and not secure. If you have kids, I really don’t recommended this hotel. They also don’t have breakfast, or a pool, and no beach access even though it’s on the bay.

The best thing about this hotel is its on the water and theres a nice walking path. There’s no restaurant, no gym. but if you need a short stay by the airport.. this may work for you.

Horrible condition of property. Lamp cord was spliced together with tape coming off, no outlets available at the desk. The only outlet that I could charge my things in the room was next to the bed. One of the outlets in the bathroom had a short in it. The maid didn't even clean out the coffee maker; there was. left over coffee pad in it.
