The towels were very old and with a yellowish color. Many homeless people practically at the door of the hotel. Everything else was fine.

Absolutely beautiful property! Loved the pool area. Food and drinks were fantastic.

I loved the interior design of the hotel; it is older but very classy with some contemporary.
The location is very convenient and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Only thing is the DT area is quite dirty, with lots of homeless around but that is with any hotel that you stay in this area, so not preventable if you want the convenient of staying in Union Square.
