An overpriced hotel given its condition, yet still one of the most affordable options near LAX. Free airport shuttle. Nice breakfast. Somewhat uncomfortable beds. Noisy AC.

We had a great restaurant recommendation and it was a short walk. We did stay on the first floor and heard someone screaming outside at about 2:30 am followed by sirens, so that was a little disconcerting g. Breakfast was really good! All staff were extremely friendly. We would stay here again.

The front desk was very helpful. They went out of their way to get us some milk when we needed some and also directed us where to get food from the grocery stores since we had a 6:00 a.m. flight and the breakfast didn't start till a little later.

We stayed the night before a cruise. We have stayed at this hotel before. It is always clean, staff are friendly and helpful and location is handy to the airport. Complimentary breakfast is great. The only issue we had was waiting nearly an hour at the airport for the hotel shuttle and had the shuttle drive past us a couple of times without stopping. Previous stays at the hotel we didn’t have that experience, the shuttle stopped promptly, so chalking this up to a one off. Overall very pleased with our stay.

It is close to LAX and the shuttle service is very convenient. Breakfast contains scrambled eggs, bread, waffles, joghurt etc.

Room smelled, paid higher price for balcony and did not get balcony. I was told I would get a discount and then was told I could nor because I prepaid. Terrible customer service Do not stay here

We were on the ground floor and the people above us and the next to us were either talking really loud and moving furniture around. We were exhausted from the flight from Fiji, so tried to ignore them. So, no rest was had.

We had a nice stay. The hotel is close to the airport and to restaurants. The only downfall for me was the parking. It's very tight space to park and check in then to self park we had to park in an uncovered lot down the street. For $40 I would expect better parking on site. Service was great and I loved the noon check out. Breakfast was ok. Overall, it would be my 2nd choice for a stay around LAX.

A little difficult to find and get to check in. Easy check in friendly staff. Costs to park $40 a night.....ridiculous. Our room was much smaller then the Fairfield Inn in Bakersfield California. Plus we had like 5-6 steps to go down after getting off elevator, this could be a big problem to some older people.

Great location with grocery store, starbucks, eating places very close by. Staff personable and helpful. Courtesy shuttle to and from airport included( ride 10-15min to airport) Decent breakfast buffet. Older hotel rooms with musty carpet smell, mattress comfort ok.

The front desk was not kind and did not like that I asked them to explain how to get to my room. The bath had hair in it and the shower curtain had toothpaste on it. The AC unit would not stay on. The parking is 40 dollars a day and is located FAR from the hotel in an unsafe and not secure area.

Could not turn off air conditioning. Hotel engineer had to turn the breaker off. Toilet plugged up first night. No directions given how to get to the west tower. The agent only pointed his finger in the direction we had to go.
