Second time staying at the Admiral,
And it was even better than the first.
Super friendly staff helpful with suggestions on where to go for dinners, shopping etc.
The hot breakfast is tasty and fresh with lots of options.
Will be back again.

The shower wouldnt shut off… when i mentioned it to the staff my reply was …
“That isnt new and the room beside you does it as well”
Booked and reserved a king bed to arrive at night and be told i was bumped to a queen room due to other guest wanting to extend the stay!
Didnt try to accommodate me at all!
Buffet was not great..
Will not return to this hotel!

They put me in a room that was pet friendly without telling me and the heavy deordorized smell was overwhelming. I had to sleep with the sheets over my head. The staff told me they normally don't put people in that section that dont have animals??? WHY would they put me there? And why wouldn't they tell me in advance

I've stayed here many times over the years. Anna is a good manager at this location. I just wish that management could afford to have 2 desk attendants in the evenings. There is only one person, and when he has to go do something, it means there is no one behind the desk greeting people, doing check-ins, answering the front desk phone, or available for any concerns. That's the only thing I would change. Other than that, I consider Admiral Inn Burlington on Billings Court to be my home away from home.

Really enjoyed my stay at Admiral Inn Burlington. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Best sleep I've had in a while! Will definitely be coming back!

The experience was excellent and certainly surpassed our expectations. The price for the room was unbelievable and also included a hot breakfast.
Certainly will look at Admiral Inns for future trips and look forward to returning to Burlington again late March

I really enjoyed my stay at Admiral Inn. Very clean and the room was quiet and equipped with a large tv. The breakfast was a full hot breakfast which is not often provided at other places I’ve stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will come back again!

This has been the second time we’ve stayed at the Admiral, and we will definitely staying there again! The staff is friendly and welcoming! It is walking distance to The Keg and other restaurants and also Game time! It’s a prefect location for an over night date night!

The room smelled so bad, I had requested to give me another room and they said they were fully booked.
I would not stay at this hotel again. I booked it because it was the cheapest, I guess you get what you pay for.

Enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast, great room, the only thing we did not get is that although we stayed 3 nights we never got our room serviced. Had to go to the reception to get fresh towels. We were told it was ''Every Other Day'' that the room would be tidied up, but it did not happened. Ever since the Covid situation it has become very difficult to figure out Hotel's policies of clean ups.
