Very clean and well maintained property. Staff very friendly. Small pool, gym/sauna was appreciated but quickly became crowded when hotel was busy. Excellent, hot breakfast was included with our rate. Not often is the included breakfast as good as this one.

This hotel was close to our event and reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast incl.. Clean and comfortable room. Our only issue was when we walked into our room there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke that was still in our clothes when we got home the next day. We would stay again but change rooms if the smoke smell happened again.

The salt water pool and 2 person sauna is a nice touch. Had a great stay! Pancakes were awesome for breakfast!

Room was nothing special for the price paid. Bed was fine but other furniture not comfortable. No television channel guide available or other welcome guide. Wallpaper in room was peeling off. Breakfast was good.

The hotel itself was clean and a great location. Our bathroom was a little tired and needed a fix up (grout stained). The people were great and helpful though.

Say away from room 209. It’s right by the kitchen and extremely noise as of 6am. The staff was great helping find a better room and the upgraded us to the penthouse but even that was a very dated looking room. Beds and pillows were comfortable though.

I usually don't post reviews after staying somewhere but I had to after this one! The beds are the comfiest I've ever experienced, the service was amazing and so friendly, convenient location, and great breakfast! Highly recommend!

Breakfast was very good on both days. The room was adaquate for our needs. The fridge worked well, as did the shower, microwave, etc. Pillows were nice (4 each bed) All Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Would stay here again when in the area. Close to where we needed to go, and easy to get to Hamilton from here.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this Quality Hotel! Location is great for us as easy access to Burlington restaurants, shopping, amenities, Family, highways to get to Toronto, Niagara on the Lake, Niagara Falls. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast (though need to improve on the coffee), easy parking, reliable WiFi.

For seafood lovers right next door Jake's is the place to go, $$ But very good.... On vacations you deserve a good meal.

The only negatives were that the curtains would not overlap so I had to use a pillow to push them closed, there was no TV guide at all, and the bathroom door was incredibly squeaky. Other than that, the place was great!

When we checked in for our 5 night stay we were told that room cleaning would be every 3 rd day. This should have been on the Hotels.com listing. We requested fresh towels and were pleasantly surprised with bed made and replenished toiletries daily. Breakfast had hot and cold options and everything was very fresh. The breakfast area was kept very clean. Will definitely return .

Whenever I stay in a hotel I always check for bedbugs, as I pulled the covers back the mattresses were heavily stained with brown marks. The duvet cover was ripped all the way down on one side and the sheets were very pilled. The carpet and bed skirts were very stained as well. The only upside was the gentleman running the front seat was very kind. Overall it was not the worst place but definitely not worth the 250$ a night price.

This was a really nice hotel. Rooms are updated and classy. Staff was extremely helpful when I a) forgot what a coffee maker looks like, and b) forgot how to operate a coffee maker. Breakfast was delicious and there were many options. It is right off the QEW and super easy to travel to/from.
