Was quite enjoyable but had one big problem of no one in particulars doing. Cameron at the front desk went out of his way to rectify the issue and we will be back because of it Breakfast is very good as well

Amazing serivice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room for free because there was availability to do so. Room was incredible, very clean and organized. Overall great experience, would recommend to any friend or family member.

This hotel is in need of some upgrading. Rooms are pretty dated, water stains on the bathroom ceiling, cracked paint. Also, room servicing wasn’t every day. You had to ask for it, which was a little odd to me.

Staying in Burlington the night before a scheduled c-section, we had to leave a different hotel hours after check-in for pest-related reasons I won't get into. The Comfort Inn took us in at 10pm, got us comfortable, found a way to allow us to stay the length of time we needed despite being booked solid AND got us all the discounts we could qualify for. They turned a nightmare around and I am forever grateful.

While the staff were friendly and the common areas were all clean and well-stocked, I arrived to find food on the floor of my room (what seemed to be cheese and bacon bits, likely from a Caesar salad), a couple dryer sheets scattered around the room, and, unsurprisingly given the food, ants. Also, I requested a quiet room but was placed in a noisy area with a lot of late-night foot traffic, which made it difficult to sleep through the night. For the price, I expected more.

We booked non smoking 🚬 room. Inside the room smells smoky and stinky carpets. Need renovation. Most of the towels smells smoky and some of the hand towels we found hair and also tiny hair on the mattress, pillows. I do not recommend this hotel for any one.

Great value for a very nice room with lots of lighting, nice decor, a fridge and very comfortable bed! Had the best sleep. The housekeeping and dining room staff were very professional and helpful. Id stay here again for sure.

Very clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. Appreciate the fridge and microwave. (Somebody needs to defrost the freezer compartment though--it's got about 4" of ice buildup.)

I have had good luck with Comfort Inns the last couple years because they had been renovated and were clean and comfortable. Not the case with this Hotel at all. We got put on the second floor first of all and there is no elevator so we had to lug our luggage over two flights of stairs. Then the room was very dated and dirty. The king bed was very uncomfortable and we would roll to the middle through the night. The pillows were half the size they should have been and had no support at all. The bed also had crumbs in it which made us wonder if the sheets had even been changed. I’ll think twice about staying at another Comfort Inn again that’s for sure.

The building is a little old and kinda of smell in the hallways. The room was okay but the bed was not queen size as advertised, and was not comfortable at all. Breakfast was okay.

Perimeter doors requiring card pass were not functional. Doors were not locked. Air conditioning was faulty. On the good side, the staff was great and the breakfast was great. We recommended this property to three other couples who also booked at the same time. We would return and recommend.
