Good hotel with a lot of restaurants and other conveniences in the basement. They somehow sold the room we booked but we got another one so all good I guess

We had a large apartment which was great when you have a young adult with you.
Great location and easy walk to the train station. Nice park close by

The hotel is located 10-15 min walk from Shinjuku station, on the west side, the quiet side. Easy to reach from the station. It has been renovated, at least my floor was. Very clean, with Kombinis, coffee shops and restaurants around. The room was very small (~9-10 m²) but ok for 1 person. Breakfast was ok with Japanese and continental styles, and a wonderful view from the 25th floor!
City buses stops are nearby. Bus shuttles to the airports stop in front of the hotel, but the shuttle to Haneda starts at 9 am, too late for many international flights.
