The bed was small. Only 2 double beds. Need to uograde it to queen bed. The receptionist was insisting that double bed us bigger than the queen bed. The breakfast on tge go was bad. No coffee creamer fir the coffee, has only 2 small cupcakes left & snack bars for 4 pax.

Everything was very good except I chose this place so I could cook and not have to eat out. On the night I was there none of the kitchen supplies were available. Other than that everything was very Good and the staff was very friendly.

It wasn’t so good although the room was nice, I didn’t mind that. But there were a lot of people making noise all hours if the night. Working on there car, all doors open throughout the night. People looked like they did drugs… we felt a little uneasy with our rental outside . We had to call the front because security wasn’t around.

Checkin was easy and staff was very courteous and polite. There were a couple issues with the furniture and stove that I’ll bring to their attention but we’re only staying a night. Ran into a couple longer term guests while heading to the room and they were pleasant. It’s been fairly quiet too.

When we arrived at the door to our room it was struck closed. My husband had to lean hard into it to open it. Equally difficult to close it and lock it. Breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal, yuck. To top off our stay, we found a bed bug running across the floor by our bed on our 2nd day! We checked out as soon as we could get our stuff out and did not stay for our full stay. I told the person at the desk why we were checking out early and she said to have hotels.com contact them and they would issue a refund. I did, and they refused to issue a refund. Never again will I stay at en extended stay hotel.

Our key didn't work until we inserted it numerous times, got it re-magnetized and had the same issue the next day. And it just kept repeating. (Coming home to stand in the cold to continuous try it).
Open the door and theres a thick smoke smell to the room even though the room says it's no smoking. Turn on the bathroom light and felt like the vents were releasing the smoke smell.
Opened the windows and housekeeping would pass by and creepily look in while passing.
Kitchen is basic, microwave is old, the button the stove was broke and shows the dirt in the button. Def didn't want to use.
The cabinet that the TV was on was dusty and I had to wipe down myself.
Furniture is ripped.
Watered down the shower before entering to reveal a layer of dust and yellow crust go down the drain.
Bed and sheets were clean at least.
Stray cats on property, dead mouse in the hallway.
Pet relief area was patches of dirt, no grass
Park style bench and table in one of the parking spots in the back.

Terrible. Extended Stay America did not honor the reservation. They just said that they are doing renovations. And did not have the rooms to give out. How hard is it to notify the customer that rooms are not available. The rooms have been booked in advance for a month.

Room was booked as non smoking -it reaked of cigarettes, burns on the counters, fire alarm chirping all day and night, looked like someone cut their hair in the walkway, drug use all around the building and to top it off one of the rooms had a coroner seal sticker on it. Extremely disappointing hotel. Their grab and go breakfast was packaged muffins and packages of instant coffee and a hot water container. I will never stay there again and will warn other travelers not to stay there.

We were looking for an economical place to spend one night near Sacramento, and found this Extended Stay Inn. The staff at check-in was friendly and professional. Room was fine - not fancy, but clean. There was a McDonald's and some other restaurants only a few steps away. We never felt threatened or unsafe, but there were some people hanging out late night / early morning in the McDonald's lot.

First off, I RARELY leave reviews. I usually only leave reviews for really GOOD customer service or really BAD. Unfortunately, this is a really BAD experience that I had. I I pre paid for a room via Expedia. Online, it’s said check in ends at midnight. As I was driving in from out of town, I called the hotel around 11:30pm to confirm if check in ends at midnight. I talk to a male and ask him what time check in ends. He is immediately worked up and states all the rooms are booked. I explained to him that I had already paid for a room. He responds with, “I just started my shift, you’re gonna have to call back tomorrow to speak to a supervisor.” I then ask him for his name and the next thing I hear is the line drop. This man hung up on me and I was left without a place to sleep for the night.

This was one of the worst places I've stayed. We only stayed there because I have had decent experiences at Extended Stays. There were roaches in the room and dead flys. The floor was filthy. There were no cups or anything to be able to use the kitchenette (it is an extended stay). There were no plastic cups to use when you brush your teeth, no coffee maker - nothing. Had no machine to get ice. Asked for a hair dryer to use (listed as available at desk) - no nothing. At this point I don't trust staying anywhere in the Sac. area

The room was clean enough. The sink facet was old/rusty broken in spots. The bath drain was also broken. Our door was ALSO broken. We got locked in the room twice and locked out three times. Were told to just yank the handle really hard every time we said anything.
Room was pretty clean so that was a plus.
Front desk lady was not the nicest person in the world either.
There's also no coffee maker, blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner, or anything you needed for a kitchen in the room.
You'd have to ask them for some of those things but there was NEVER someone in the checkin/out area past 5.

Do not stay at this location. As we were waiting to get checked in another lady came in and complained that she was given the key to a unit that was already occupied. As she opened the door there was a man inside the room with only a towel on. The place was smelly and definitely felt unsafe.

Check in was rather cumbersome and time consuming, however the room was comfortable and very quiet. While we didn't need the full kitchen I see how it would be very convenient under different circumstances. Parking was plentiful, even on a Saturday night.

Desk clerk was not very nice, and couldn’t tell the difference between a master card and PayPal. Initially refused to accept my PayPal branded MasterCard. Had to argue with him to get him to just try it. It worked of course.
When checking out, he refused to give me an itemized receipt.

Arrive at the hotel reserved and paid then they an extra 100.00 deposit state that in the reservation so your not surprised.

We reserved 2 rooms for 5 adults (2 with intellectual disabilities). We drove 450 miles only to be turned away because we didn't have ID's for everyone. Problem is, at no point was this mentioned beforehand. I messaged the property to request ground floor rooms and adjacent rooms. It was the perfect opportunity for them to let us know about the ID requirement. They never responded. Then they had the gall to charge us for the rooms as if we didn't show up. The desk clerk was very condescending and unprofessional. NOT RECOMMENDED!

The screens on the windows did not fit and what appeared to be homeless loitering in the parking lot. Several rooms either were sealed at the door or had postiings on the windows by Law enforcement.
When they advertise breakfast,that is a granola bar and coffee.

I will never book at this hotel, unless they are renovating to fix the numerous amounts of damage in just my room alone. There were roaches crawling outside in the sidewalks and in my room! I am not sure why they would hold $100.00 for a room in terrible condition. I shouldn’t forget the hour I spent cleaning the room myself. I cannot wait to check out and get some well rested sleep at home. I booked 3 nights and was not able to sleep as I made sure no roaches crawled on my children. Please do not book here, save your family!

The “breakfast included” was collecting a muffin from the from front desk. The sink and shower was dirty. Overall it felt unsafe. Thank god it was only for one night.

The kitchen and bathroom were clean, but the carpets were stained. The mattress and pillows were below average. The description listed "free breakfast" and "coffee pots in room". In actuality, you had to request the coffee pot from housekeeping, and the breakfast was just muffins. So if you're short on funds keep the cost of buying breakfast in mind.
The biggest problem was with the staff. They were nice enough, but didn't seem to know what was going on. They scanned my license on checkin, but when the barcode on the back did not match my information on the front of my ID, the girl acted like I was in the wrong, but would not allow me access to the information encoded on my new REAL ID because "it's our system". Wasn't going argue the point at 10:PM, needed to keep the reservation.

Cleaning and front desk staff very inefficient. Checked us in then made us wait for 30min while they helped other customers only to tell us room was not ready (3 hr after check-in time)

Pros: Reasonable, clean, fridge, microwave, TV, HVAC, everything worked! Free grab and go breakfast!
Cons: Bare bones amenities, you get a bar of soap, no shampoo, etc. The dark carpet was not comfortable when bare foot.

This property is for someone who cannot afford a hotel. There are critters in your room and the floors make your feet black. Not to mention a homeless population all around. I will say the location is right off the freeway and plenty of food locations around which is nice and convenient but that’s about it.

The room was dirty. There was something white splashed on the bathroom door the bathroom floor was dirty there was spots of something on the ground the tub was slimy when I went to take a shower. There was no blankets. Just the sheet and the thin top one. No middle one and the room smelled gross. It was a last minute reservation but not worth it. It wa still over $100. I was looking for a clean room and a bed. It was a waste of time and money.

I was denied at the office they told me they didn’t have any rooms and now I need a refund.

I found out from a tenant that several deaths had occured on this property over the last ten days. I found out that there have been several residents and employees have had or have COVID. I wish that I had been informed of that before I paid. Also, the floors are dirty. In front of the refrigerator was a very sticky spot about the size of a 12" circle. I never used the shower and made sure that I sanitized my hands after touching things. The morning that I was packing and preparing to leave there was a young man loitering in the elevator. I did call the front desk and they did alert sercurity. I wonder why security did not know that the person was loitering in the elevator when the security's car was less than 200 yards away from the elevator. The loiter had a bike, backpack with him and was smoking in the elevator. This was at approximately 5:30 am on January 25th.
