Very satisfying stay! Comfortable, attractive room (just would have loved more of a window) and fantastic convenient location (steps away from subway stop, surrounded by very old world buildings). My room had a fridge and a useable desk. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet had lots of choices and plenty to fuel you up for the day. If you do need a cab, there’s a place for them to pick you up. Wish the roof terrace was open later (closes at 21:30) but appreciate that’s probably to keep things quiet. Absolutely recommend.

This hotel had the best customer service I have ever received! The staff actually walked us to the adapts restaurant so we could find it. The staff is exemplary, the location can't be beat but the staff was beyond 5 stars. Thanks for the visit. We missed 2 days due to airline issue but the staff more than made up for it. The breakfast was also a plus.
