The room was nice and clean, and bed was very comfortable. The room was large, and had a refrigerator and microwave. A very quiet motel, and had no noise at all from the road. The free breakfast was very good which was included in the price. It was in a good location from main street, and away from the noise of the railroad in town.

The hotel is a bit dated but what the rooms lacked in updates, the friendly staff more than made up for. The lobby was very cutely decorated for Easter and the guy that checked us in was very kind and helpful. Overall, For the cost of our room, this place was really great.

Craftsman motel Big noisy truck standing and warming up on a freezing cold morning outside our window, well maybe not the fault of the motel, but really a bad experience, we have met a lot of grumpy staff on our trip, but the staff at this motel beat that record by far . If you need a good night's sleep on a long journey, this is not the place to choose.

Great for the price. Fairly convenient to the interstate, restaurant options, and gas. Easy in and easy out. Breakfast included was a perk.

The property was a nice surprise. The room was clean and comfortable BUT there were a few things that need to be taken care of that are worth mentioning, like the leaking faucet in the bathroom, the light switch as you enter was not working either. You have to go inside a dark room and find the switch to one of the lights. The reception area is not so inviting and the staff can be a bit friendlier and more welcoming. Other than that, the one night that we stayed there was comfortable enough.

Would have liked a coffee maker in room. Bathroom needs updating, too small. (Can barely turn around trying to close door) Weak internet at hotel end room. Poor lighting in room (small table lamps only) No clock in room Breakfast was good.

Booked based on high reviews but a few things really made my stay unpleasant. There’s such a heavy scent or cleaner uses in the room that by morning I could taste it in my mouth. So strong. Hairy corners in the bathroom have me the heebies. Loud neighbors around us and thin walls. Holbrook overall was a less than pleasant place to be.

Clean and comfortable one night stay. They offered a free breakfast but I am gluten free and there wasn't much that I could eat except eggs and sausage. No one was attending to the breakfast layout and they were out of sausage. I ended up going somewhere else for breakfast. I was traveling with my dog. When I reserved and paid for the room on Hotels.com there wasn't an option for registering and paying for the pet fee. When I arrived at the Econo Lodge, at first the front desk said that there weren't anymore pet rooms available. I noted that the listing did not mention a limited number of pet rooms or give me the option to register my pet at time of booking. They ended up giving me a room. However, either Hotels.com or Econo Lodge needs to make their number of pet friendly rooms available clear to the guest at the time of booking and allow the guest to register their pet and pay the pet fee at the time of booking.

Rooms in general are fine; breakfast was great. However, upon check in, could not get tv to work, and to be told “ that I just have to be smarter than the tv” But this staff person also could not get tv to operate w/o log in messages, etc. After 3 times going back and forth to ofc, I suggested to just put me in a different room with a tv that works, to which, I was accused of having an attitude. I was put in a different room, and, tv did not work in that one either. Apparently, a cable was not connected properly in back of cabinet, I guess I didn’t realize that was my responsibility to verify all connections were proper.

We made arrangements to stay, admittingly last minute (earlier in the day). The credit card machine was inopperable, so check in took much longer than it should have. When we arrived, well after check-in time, two of our three rooms were available. One was in the process of being cleaned, and we waited nearly 40 minutes before requesting another room that was 95% done. The refrigerator in this room was missing all the shelves (room 210) which were provided from another of our rooms (room 209). The third party in our group stayed in room 212 and had an unworking heater. A trip to the front office garnered a space heater. The breakfast was adequate, but often empty on eggs and sausages. On our last morning there a group of local high school girls came in and helped themselves to the breakfast, leaving almost nothing for the guests staying there. For a last minute booking, I guess you could say we got what we paid for.

The building is an older one but the rooms are nice and clean. Their beds are comfortable and fresh. The bathrooms were clean. The main lobby was nicely decorated for Halloween and there was a nice selection for breakfast. We will be returning.

On the room description it said there was in room coffee makers and when we got there, there wasn't. When I called down to the front desk to see if there was any in the lobby, they checked and they were all out. They did not offer to make any either.

I was very pleased with the Econo Lodge in Holbrook. For a very reasonable rate I got good service, a clean room with a comfortable bed and breakfast. It was just what I was looking for and they delivered!

The staff was friendly and polite. The room reminded me of the house I grew up in, built in the 60's. I don't think I could do much better elsewhere in Holbrook. It seemed they are trying with what they have.

The rooms were clean. They are going to repaint the outside so it doesn't look so 70's, which will be good. Eat at Mesa Italian Restaurant down the street.
