It was clean and comfortable.
We had to get 2 rooms because we had 5 people. Never happened before. The breakfast had only carbohydrates...No protein. The door to get OUT needed a key. That was inconvenient when bringing in suitcases and a fire hazard.

Surprise charge for a pet, night staff was rude

The bed was comfortable.
Front desk not friendly. The room had an awful smell. The stairs were noticeably uneven. We couldn't use the shower due to the height, slant of the tub/shower and no grab bars.
